Costs and cover
I was not looking to change but I just pressed the button and whilst the costs were similar I could increase the level of cover. Also able to pay monthly as costs are getting tighter with all increases across the board. I am not as steady now so cover good. Easy to find on my records too. Thank you.

Talking to a Human Being is a great help
Having gone through a comparison site. I could not connectto Lloyds Bank. I eventually got hold of a human being at Lloyds to actually talk me through the problem I had. Actually talking to a Human Being on the telephone does mean alot.
