The change of insurers was so easy
The process of changing my home insurance was very easy . I am recently widowed and had to make decisions on my own , which I was somewhat concerned about. However I found Lloyds very simple to deal with.

Straight forward procedure but later …
Straight forward procedure but later letter came stating that Lloyds couldn’t insure as my details were wrong . I gave details of my account over the phone - did I get my card number wrong ? If I did ,YOU have them before you on your screen, can’t see why it wasn’t spotted.
