Reliable
Lloyds have always been straight forward and helpfull.
Lloyds have been there for me over decades.
The only reason the score is not high is because Lloys is assosiated with Hailfax which i wouldnt use at any cost.

I was looking for car insurance. Lloyds were just one of a list offering the same cover and price.
Just the fact I have a bank account with Lloyds. As a bank I dont rate them very highly as all they are looking for is profit, profit and more profit. Hence branches being closed all the time, using the excuse customers want to use the app. How many customers were asked that question. >/???>
