I visited and bought two sofas from…
I visited and bought two sofas from Loaf Edinburgh. Very nice shop environment and experience, and helpful staff on my several visits. However I have to reduce the number of stars as I’m so disappointed to have been hit with a £95 delivery fee upon paying. I think when customers are spending upwards of £4,000, this fee should be absorbed into the product price.
I’m looking forward to receiving my sofas in about 5-7 weeks’ time now and hope that all goes smoothly for the expense of it. I would dispense with the in-store toffees and bottles of water for prospective customers and re-direct some of that cash into (paying) customer satisfaction.

All good so far . Staff in store were friendly and helpful not too pushy . Website was also helpful . As I looked online for what I wanted then went to see it instore so I was sure it was right. Hopefully the rest of the order will go as smoothly

Excellent customer service. The experience was fantastic the team couldn't have been more helpful.

Only slight disappointment for me is the amount Loaf charges for delivery considering you have already paid alot of money for an item , in my case an extra large sofa.

Really friendly staff who weren't pushy…
Really friendly staff who weren't pushy and happy for me to browse on several occassions until I took the plunge and ordered my new bed. Really important to physically be able to see and touch furniture rather just buying online.Show room is lovely as bright, spacious with a wide range of products. Now to save up for my accent chair and sofa.

Great experience so far. Went to the Loaf showroom in Edinburgh. The staff were very helpful with picking colours and fabrics. Not pushy at all which was nice. Ordered the sofas online as I didn't have my credit card with me. Just waiting for updates on delivery.

Great showroom and staff with no hard sell
Very helpful and friendly staff who were genuinely helpful without any kind of hard sell. Sam, who showed us round, helped us decide on what would be best suited to our needs was a great ambassador for the company.

My instore experience has been AMAZING…staff have been so patient and helpful. Phone experience has been mixed. While the people have been absolutely lovely I’ve had mixed messages, and confusion with deliveries. Still waiting for a pick up. It’s been 4 weeks.

Awful service and no delivery in sight for months
We were promised a sofa within 6 weeks, and it’s now been 3 months with still no delivery slot in sight. Instead of real updates, we keep getting emails from junior staff blaming yet another fabric delay. Not good enough. This has meant putting off having guests, and the experience has been hugely disappointing. Still no sofa, still no confirmed date. Never using Loaf again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Great customer service
I knew I wanted a Loaf sofa so thought I better visit the store to have a better idea. I was instantly greeted by an assistant called Sam who had a wealth of knowledge about the sofas and fabrics. He let me browse the shop for as long as I wanted until I had any questions. Lovely shop with plenty of options to pick from. What we wanted wasn’t that straight forward but they made it feel no bother at all. It wasn’t until we were leaving we realised it was only Sam’s third day! Very impressed with this store. Can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive.
