The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I explained what I was looking for and they showed me my options and left me to browse but were available if I had any questions. I thanked the staff for their help when I left the store and was happy with my choice of purchase.

We visited Loaf in Guildford three times in eight days to make a decision about our new sofa (Squisharoo, Large) which we finally ordered yesterday. Tabitha and Seren were patient and helpful without steering us in any way, and answered endless questions about fabrics and colours. It was nerve wracking but okay and we now have to wait for the delivery to establish that the sofa fits the space and the colour works.

I have walked in the the store in Guildford first time today.
I was greated by two sale assistants Seren and DelPhi with nice welcome and beautiful smile.
I started conversation asking about sofa blankets and I was told what products they have and Seren introduced the colours they have in the store and then I explained how I will need sofa and she showed me sofa beds. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the products and her job.
I was very happy with the service and what I saw and learned so far.
The store is very clean and tidy.
I really like everything.
I will definitely come again and already sent some pictures to my friends of the products they have.
Took few brochures and will give to my sister and friends.
Excellent customer service from both of assistant.

Staff member was helpful, listened to what we needed and advised us perfectly. We look forward to spending our first night on our new bed, mattress and pillows when they arrive.

We were seen to by Michelle in the Guildford store, she was fantastic and talked us through the whole process but let us get on and choose the sofa and colour and fabric but she checked in multiple times and really helped our decisions.

She offered to put a quote together for us as we had decided on our sofa and options, this was great as it made it so easy to buy the sofa a few days later.

I can’t say enough how helpful Michelle was and made the whole process really easy , despite feeling daunted initially.

Honestly, I received the bag , couldn’t work out how to use it at first 😂. When I eventually did work it out, after pleading for help from the company in an email I sent them. I thought to myself that this was just a gimmick, but I put my bread into it anyway and was pleasantly surprised to find that same loaf still amazingly soft long after it should have been. So, well done Loaf, a company that actually does what it say’s it will. 👍 Quick delivery and a prompt answer to an email I sent them.

I was first attracted to Loaf because of their great choice of sofas and the wide range of colours and fabrics. Being someone who loves colour, I didn't want to end up with just a generic navy sofa!
I have made a few visits to the Guildford shack, and always had a warm, friendly welcome. Every member of the team has been very helpful and Joe has been especially knowledgeable and always there to answer any queries. Would highly recommend Loaf Guildford.

This has been a long process for us to get to the point of purchase, lots of umming and aging.si when we entered the Guildford store what a pleasure to be greeted by such professional staff. All of them, from trainees up. It made th final commit easy. Colours is where husband and wife negotiations took place ably assisted by the knowledgeable staff. We made the right choice that they made it easy for us to make it.

As always we had an excellent experience in Loaf Guildford. Chloe was fantastic; enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the products and gave us time to ourselves but was on hand to help when required! We trialled numerous sample swatches to decide on our fabric and it was really helpful to be able to drape them over various sofas in different lights. We can't wait to receive our new sofa! Two super ladies in the Guildford Store served my husband and I they were so helpful. We bought one pink velvet cushion and they ordered a second one for us. It was delivered two days later and we are so pleased with them and the service from Loaf. Thank you

When we visited Loaf in Guildford on thursday 30th April 2026, we were blown away by the customer service. The friendly bubbly chap that helped us was great, a real credit to your company. Definitely will recommend to others. Just waiting on our new sofa now.
