Ordered my sofa on 2 January 2026, arrives next week, I hope. Not great service - just have fingers crossed it’s perfect when it arrives! 5 months wait!

This would have been a five star for Josh, Brand Ambassador, as he saved the day.
It also would have been a five star for Solihull Loaf location, as they provide the best shopping experience I've had in a long time.
But the four star is for the new policy for customer service. In the past I have phoned and spoken to a customer service agent who has helped me with measurements and access. It seems that there has been a policy change and this is no longer available. A simple yes or no has changed into a 'they will phone you back' after hanging on the line for around 15 minutes and the phone back is actually the next day.
Nevertheless, Josh was polite and apologetic and managed to answer my question quickly and so now I look forward to receiving the furniture I ordered through him!
Now just waiting for the sofa to turn up before Christmas. Fingers crossed after much miscommunication!

From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and professional. They were absolutely fantastic – welcoming, patient, and really knowledgeable. They guided us through all the options and took the time to answer our questions with out any pressure , ensuring we were happy in choosing the right one for us.. .
The quality of the sofas are excellent, comfortable , and we feel confident we have made the right choice. We are really impressed with the service and can’t wait for our new sofas to arrive.

The staff at the Solihull branch could not have been more helpful and friendly- it took me a few visits to decide on what I wanted and each time they helped me with fabrics and discussing my options.

Over the years since buying our first loaf Sofas we have had issues from day one , however saying that I believe this stems from quality control checks from wherever they are made. They look fab and I believe now they have probably learnt from historic mistakes eg using plastic from the ocean as infilling on cushions etc which with the other fillings as well tend to go flat over a period of time even after plumping . We now have two lovely sofas which bounce back after sitting on them which loaf replaced at no additional cost after almost 3 years . Our original choice was no longer available so choose more expensive sofas again this wasn’t charged to us. Sadly one of these sofas had a defect in the frame and had to be replaced but this has now been done and hopefully that will be it for many years to come . I must add the customer service side of loaf (specifically (Paris) has been very professional and very understanding of our issues of which I’d like to personally thank her for.

Such a great, welcoming and helpful team at loaf solihull. My 3 children had a lovely time being looked after and enjoying themselves. We came away having ordered exactly what we wanted! Fantastic thank you!

Jack, Laura and the team at Solihull have been fantastic. Very patient with my return visits and slow decision making and they knew just when to offer advice (which is always great!) The environment in the show room is really relaxed and inviting. This is my 3rd sofa from Loaf and they’re hard to beat!

Good quality furniture with sizes that fit victorian houses. The shop is very useful to see and try items, and the staff is very helpful and polite.
It does take the stress away from online shopping.

Loaf was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff, particularly Peter at Solihull, were so helpful and didn’t rush me at all. I also really felt reassured by the online video consult to see if the sofa would fit.

Moriam provided excellent customer service, made my experience at Loaf exceptional. She was extremely helpful and explained the benefits of the sofa I was intending to by in a comforting manner that allowed for me to feel as if I was bonding a relationship with the worker herself whilst buying a high quality product. Exceptional customer service. Beautiful, quality product in a lovely showroom.
Peter and the team were incredibly patient and helpful with making sure we were purchasing the right sofa. Shopping in this store is an absolute pleasure, a relaxed, friendly environment where our children were also made to feel so welcome.
We can’t wait to receive our sofa and we will be back in the future.

Jack, Pete and Laura took care of us. They were helpful without being imposing. They were knowledgeable and patient. They interacted so nicely with my kids and made us feel at home, which sounds strange for a furniture store but it’s true!
All the products in the shack were the highest quality and beautiful. Although a comparatively small store, we found an ideal piece of furniture. The layout of the store and the ‘help yourself’ info sheets around the showroom were very helpful. Would very much recommend.
