AKA Local IQ......this is where you go when you want to give away or lose money. Hands down the worst marketing or website building experience I have ever had. I lost tens of thousands on a promise that did NOT deliver. They put my company into debt with marketing campaigns that did not deliver and when I tried to leave they held my website which was paid for in full, hostage.

I hope this gets read before anyone else makes any attempt to use this company
I gave this company a high budget and 7 months, they could not deliver 1 solid lead.
most leads generated were not generated by the clients most had no idea their info had been used.
my main contact Steve Young did very little for me as far as generating leads and following up to make sure my campaign was successful.
every time I mentioned there was an issue he was right there on the phone, but not solving anything just asking me to meet him for coffee.
they also tried to get one of their clients work through my company and then they asked me to talk to a potential client for them and convince them they should use localiq
I generated more success then they did and it wasn't even my job.
when things started going south my liaison vanished and I was left talking to one of the heads
long story short,
they are super nice but can not deliver
save your money
make the choice I now have made
1 use a local company
2 do seo and improve your google standings
3 lose loacaliq contact info
if you follow these step your going to be doing fine in no time

Worst company.
Spoke with some mohammed who promised a story publication. Paid and then he did not deliver.

I have given this company 6 months to do what they said they would do and the results were below average. It's as if they only give you a small "piece of the pie" at each meeting and often need budget increase. I was shocked when they indicated that to enable google shopping they would need a further $3,000 spend! The salesperson that "hooks" you in is there only for that and then you handed to supposably specialists.

The main issue is the results are just shocking and the other huge issue is the campaigns they build cannot transferred back to the google ads platform.

Our feedback regarding our experience with LocalIQ. Unfortunately, our experience with your services has been disappointing, and we would like to share our concerns (total spent around $21,000:
1. Misinformation and Lack of Transparency: We were informed that 70% of the $10,000 monthly fee would go toward advertising spend, but the actual allocation fell far short of this (based on screen share we saw about $2000). Despite multiple requests, we were never provided with clear data about the actual spending.
2. Unresolved Performance Issues: From the onset, campaign metrics were below expectations. Despite consistent follow-ups and reassurances from your team, performance did not improve. Attempts to address these concerns were met with delays or vague responses.
3. Unauthorized Renewals: After explicitly requesting cancellation of PPC services in December 2023, services were still continued without authorization in January and February 2024. This disregard for our requests was both frustrating and unprofessional.
4. Billing Issues: Invoices continued to be issued despite our cancellation requests. Getting clarifications or responses from the team was consistently challenging, and when credits were promised, they were delayed for months.
5. Unfulfilled Promises: LocalIQ assured us that their strategies and tools would deliver meaningful results, but the performance never aligned with the commitments made during initial discussions.

Given these issues, we feel that the service did not meet the agreed terms and expectations. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely horrible. My experience with LocalIQ is horrible. The salesman told me that LocalIQ would charge me 10 percent of my Goolge Ads spend. But they were bidding $14 CPC and charging me $24 percent click. LocalIQ burned through $7,500 in 6 weeks and I got no results. Now LocalIQ won’t let me out of my contract, and is going to charge my credit card $5,000 per month for the next 10 months, and the Google Ads team hasn’t produced any returns for me. Stay away from these people.

This company, make it hard to cancel an account, do not provide professional service. more like scam business making as much money as possible

Complete snake oil. They took my money and did absolutely nothing for me or my company. Save your time and money and look elsewhere if you want actual leads.

bad communication. promise the world at the start. fake leads and also when i request to cancel they still take our money out of our accounts

Great service

I was fed lies, received NO leads, no communication and money deducted from my account without authorisation. Impossible to get hold of anyone. This company is a scam.
