Localiq this 6 month experience has been nothing short of poor. I talk to my account manager twice. But want to charge a 325.00 a month in management fee on your account. What was they managing? I wasn’t getting feed back on real strategies to increase traffic. Especially in a market that had little competition. I cancelled my them a month ago a day after the took my payment and still haven’t received my refund. The old saying the check is in the mail. You want a marketing company that is engaging to communicate with you. To want to see your business grow. You do not want a company like Localiq that just deducts from you bank account once a month. My account manager grade D- (GB) account manager. The biggest thing for me is honestly localiq lacks this quality. Still no refund a month later. I know it’s in the mail.

Brady has been great so far, he was available when I needed to talk him when I myself have been having a hard time finding time to call him, I appreciated that when I had about a 5 minute window and had the presence of mind to call him to ask some questions he answered on the second ring and greeted me by name which shows me he is dedicated to me and willing to work with my schedule. That is very helpful.

Terrible company and performance, but great salesman working from day 1 to get that contract signed. He promised the world & underdelivered.
He said we could opt into spending an extra $75 per campaign to cancel at anytime. After 4 unsuccessful campaigns we decided to cancel. Wordstream / LocaliQ did not deliver on what was promised. We had to file a dispute with our credit card company & put a blocker on this company for not receiving the service promised.
Don't walk... RUN from this terrible "fast food" of a marketing company.

Brady Benzley is amazing! It was the best decision that we made when we decided to go with Brady and Reach Local. He has done so much for our business! The website for our business looks so good! I know we are where we are at with our business because of Brady. He cares about us and the business and whenever we need help or need to change anything, he is right there willing to help and it gets done!

How can 1 person handle over 100 locations for PPC, SEO, and LSAs? The cost for leads was OUTRAGEOUS. Do not use this company. Also heard from other franchise locations that are still operating that the invoice is coming from the franchisor, not Local IQ. This has SCAM written all over it.

Expensive for what they do and they debited by account for over $1200 and when instructed not to.

Then they did everything they could not to give me a refund. Then the account manager Sheeba left and it was annoying dealing with them.

He has worked with me on 2 sites now, and I can't say enough how patient and customer focused he is. Glad I have him a part of my team!

Brad is the best, he goes beyond and help. I highly recommend him. He’s responsive, quick to help. I’ve been with so many marketers and Brad has been the best.

I love our experience so far with LocaliQ. Brady is always on top of things making sure we are doing okay and that the company website is running how it’s supposed to!

I am a real estate agent. They approached me by offering 8-10 hot leads every month for $500 per month. They promised they will refund my money back if they can't keep their promise. After 4 month & taking $2000 from me, They delivered nothing! Not even one lead or a phone call from a potential customer! I started to call and sending email asking why I have received nothing after 4 month. They never answered. It is a scam.

These guys really suck! I think I paid 750.00 for 3,clicks one month. I used them in El Paso tx. Total rip off!

This was one of the worst companies I have worked with in terms of communication and effectiveness. They did a lot of talking and made lots of promises but after spending thousands of dollars they didn’t deliver a single lead.

When I emailed them to communicate this they had very little to say.

I emailed the original sales staff that sold me and they never responded to multiple attempts to reach them.

Which leads me to believe that they just don’t care, they have moved on to the next sucker!

Brady is a great guy and Deliver’s what he promises. As a small business it’s relieving to have someone behind you in your corner like brady.

When Brady called us to say he can make our business grow we were very skeptical and said no thanks! But he was abe to earn our trust and here we are thrilled that we have more projects.

Brady has been amazing. Actually meet him when he became a client of mine in kitchen remodeling. Talked to him about what he did for a living and started using his services a few years ago. I have noticed a night and day difference with his performance versus other companies I’ve worked with in the past. If you want more recognition and business? Brady is the guy who can customize a plan that is very specific to what you want and need and give results. Let’s face it. Business isn’t a one size fits all kind of thing. certain things such as getting your name out there? Need to be customized to fit for what you do. And Brady is by far the best I’ve seen and used personally. You won’t regret using his services.
