I would give it 0 stars but not possible, messaged you guys on tiktok and you gave an email address to which I sent a message but it was an invalid email address. 11 days, I have no update about my order and they dont respond to me.

Package got damaged in transit, Locked IN was rapid with the response and sorting a replacement out, gave updates along the way and maintained good professionalism, recieved package today quality is top tier on all items, 10/10 great products, great customer service

Order not in stock given option to get refund or different clothing and arrived in 3-4days

The lack of contact is ridiculous, I’m trying to return an item that arrived too small and they will not respond, I have emailed, DM’d, commented on their posts, I have tried every avenue to contact them and they are refusing to answer

Ordered two sizes tracksuits as to make sure one fitted. Both came with no problem. I have contacted Lock£din 4 times asking for the return address, as states that is what you have to do. so i can send the XS size back but I have not had a reply. This has been going on for 2 weeks. I would never buy of them again.
