Very good service and great range.
I am doing a pokedex for my nephew and just want to get as many cards as cheaply, as I can so he can then work on upgrading them. Due to this i have sent them some horrible orders, like 90+ common cards from multiple sets and theyve always been completed quickly and delivered well within the time frame given. Can't rate them highly enough.

Amazing! And fast delivery!
Ordered a ton of Pikachu cards and every single card was mint or near mint! Delivery was FAST considering they just came back from Xmas holiday so thank you!

Amazing business and expert service
Ive been using Lockett Labs for roughly 5 years now and have always had great service, fair pricing and most of all reliable delivery and protection of the cards I've ordered. I can not recommend Ray enough to others fpr a great service and amazing knowledge.

No protection
Cards sent to me without a toploader or other protection and arrived bent. Did not expect such amateur care from a card shop. Will never purchase from here again.
Edit: I have further downgraded my rating to 1 star. I emailed the store as asked in their reply and got told bent cards are normal. They reply to these pretending to help, giving a false image of customer care.

Hi again,
We do care. You showed us a picture of a card that was slightly warped (not damaged). We sent the cards in a hardback envelope within a team bag even though you claim there was absolutely no protection.
We asked for further photos to show damaged cards in order to help you and find a solution, however no further response followed and therefore we haven’t been able to resolve your issue with replacement(s).
Please kindly reconsider in future jumping to the conclusion that we - and other alike businesses - aren’t trying to help you.
FURTHER EDIT 12/01/26:
We haven’t received any form of further contact regarding this, even though we wanted to help resolve this case. We are going to close this case as unresolved due to no communication from customer.

Great communication, I purchased 2 items not realising I would be away at the time of delivery so I quickly communicated the fact, and they very helpfully held back posting the items out until I was home again, would absolutely recommend anyone to purchase from here as they went the extra mile to ensure I was happy.
