Matthew was friendly, professional & even came a day earlier due to an emergency call out not far away. He was efficient & even noticed a couple of issue with my door ms which he tried to sort out for me. Would definitely recommend people to use Matthew. Quick and efficient service.

Colin helped my elderly parents, when they couldn't lock their door, he was super helpful and charged the quoted price, with no hidden charges, he was very prompt, clearly knows what he is doing, even hoovered up when the job was completed, I would wholeheartedly recommend Colin.

My son had an issue with the front door while we were out of the country. Between him and my FiL they arranged for Al to come out, apparently he was at the house within 1/2 an hour. Al temporarily fixed the issue and got the new bits ordered.
Al came back and fitted parts as discussed ( and even straightened the door out)

The day before Chad turned up I waited for hours for another Locksmith to turn up from another Company and he never even bothered to ring me to say he couldn’t make it.
Next day I contacted LockRite and Chad turned up within an hour and changed the lock quickly and he left no mess. He’s a very pleasant.

Right from my initial phone call, I was really impressed with the prompt response provided by LockRite. Simon arrived exactly at the time agreed to examine the broken lock, ordered a replacement to fit the door and came back a second time to fit it. Very reasonable charges (Only one call-out, plus cost of lock). Highly recommended and I would certainly use them again!

Kevin, did an excellent job for us on a Saturday morning. He was recommended by a colleague and he did not disappoint. Prompt service and solved our lock issue first time with a superb service.

Locked myself out early this year and Kev from Lockrite Newcastle pretty much came within the hour to get me back into the house, it did result in me having to change the lock but that obviously was my fault. The lock had some issues recently, it wasn’t urgent and Kev was away on annual leave, the lady I spoke to made sure Kev got in touch when he was back at work which he did and we made arrangements for him to come out and check the lock as it was clicking when I turn the lock. Kev came out on the day and swapped the locks for new one and was swiftly done within minutes. Very reliable and sound guy, highly recommend him. Top guy.

Patrick, arrived within 10 minutes of my Saturday morning call. He worked out that it was quicker to drill my rear door lock and access my house that way. This as quick and efficient. Once inside the front door was easily opened as it had a thumbturn rather than just a key. The rear door lock was replaced and he was gone within about half an hour. He was quick and efficient and an all round nice person. The price (of regaining access to my house 😬) was very reasonable. He will be my goto person should I need the service again. My neighbours & friends also now have his details.
