Excellent service from Rick’s Locksmith. He responded instantly, provided a very reasonable quote and communicated brilliantly throughout. Polite, friendly and punctual, with clean and tidy workmanship. A perfect job all round—highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rick was able to come at relatively short notice to change the locks on the front and back door. Good communication, friendly and quick and very reasonably priced. Thank you Rick the service is much appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone throughout the Black Country and Staffordshire.

I always like to try and do things myself however unjamming my plastic door just wasn't working out for me. I found Ricks number online and gave him a call, reassuring me that it shouldn't be a problem to replace the broken door lock with a new mechanism. Delivered exactly as promised and fitted the new parts there and then. The job was not anywhere near as expensive as I'd imagined so happy I called the professional this time.

Very good locksmith for repair to upvc door. Five star

Rick was able to sort out and open a digital safe for me after the battery had gone flat. He was on time and got the job done quickly. Price was given before hand and very reasonable- no surprises.

I would definitely recommend Rick..he came and repaired my French doors at such short notice. Same day in fact. Rich was very professional and even explained why they had dropped. 5 stars definitely.

My front door would not open so I needed a locksmith. Having read the positive reviews I decided to call Rick.
He was there 15mins before the arranged time. He provided options so I could choose the most cost effective one for me. He was polite and promptly got the job done, and tightened the lock which I didn't ask for. Thanks Rick for your honesty and professionalism. I will definitely use your services again if required.

I contacted Ricks Locksmiths because I couldn’t unlock my front door. He gave me advice by text in case it was something I could sort myself and when it became apparent that it would not budge he gave me a time for when he could come to me. Very friendly, honest and patient, I would recommend his services.

Had some patio doors I need resolving as they were not closing properly, provided rick with the tenants details and within 24 hours matter was resolved,

After getting several quotes to change my locks to secure anti snap barrels I decided to choose Rick who was friendly and transparent with his pricing.
Friendly service from start to finish and will 100% use again if ever I need a locksmith. Brill service.

I am and landlord and had an issue with the lock on the front door. My insurance company had made safe but I needed a permanent fix, I found Rick via Google on dropped him a message (on a Sunday evening) he responded immediately and said he could support, he attended the next morning and within no time had the lock working perfectly, even fixed a long term issue with the stiff door handle, the tenants were over the moon. Highly recommend communication was on point, professional with the tenants and very experienced. Fantastic service will definitely be calling with any future issues.

I'm a landlord and I used Rick for a lock change in conjunction with an eviction process. Firstly, I liked that this is a local family business and not a UK wide company pretending to be local. From my first phone call to completion of the job, Rick was professional, fast and totally reliable. Good value for money and I would definitely recommend him and will not use anyone else now

Really first class service from phone call to having the door opened within 45 mins was very impressive. Great work and well priced, would definitely recommend.

We called Rick to repair our back door after some plonker attempted to break in and bent the handle up. Rick fitted a new handle and uprated the locks whilst on the job. Brilliant service and knows his stuff

Ricky was very reliable and came straight away to help us when the key snapped in the handle. Thankyou for your kind service

Rick was on time as agreed and had all the parts to complete the job there and then. Worked out considerably cheaper than my insurance excess. Job well done
