After days of wait due to lost package today got a phone call from management and notified about the tracking number and explained misunderstanding going on *I do appreciate the help provided I recived my machine today but I got to say it as well a Feedback always helps solve an issue

Smooth process and received items quickly

Instead of having to purchase a new remote, I was able to purchase just the outer shell (the rubber material on the front was tearing off). The item came with everything needed to change out the shell.
All I had to do was take the old one apart and transfer the electronic part of the remote and put it all back together.

An instrument sheet might have made things a bit easier. Either way, I got a new shell that works and looks great.

On the page I found all the information I needed to make my purchase, it arrived on time and I had all the information to setup my machine, I recommend it

The key fob doesn't work. The battery was dead. Key fob was NOT programmable. Three days ago I completed the online return/refund request and so far this is the only email I've received. I want to return the defective key fob and get a full refund. A full refund for the key fob, taxes, and shipping. This is not my fault the fob is defective/broken/not programmable. Good quality, price, and shipping time+cost were reasonable. It was oddly hard to find this keyway on Amazon or other search engine/marketplaces. I worry about ordering from websites directly but this site handled my order like professionals with automated updates and followup to make sure the order arrived.
