Very poor customer service
Lied about the timing. Said 20mins and took almost an hour to come. When I called to cancel they were very rude on the phone and lied about what time I called. Do not use this service

Lied about the price
Lied about the price, turned up and tried to charge double with no excuse. Lots and lots of fake reviews on their site claiming to be Google reviews but the don't have a Google listing. Complete scam. We sent them away

Avoid! Scam Locksmith
Do not use this locksmith. They quoted £75 for an emergency door open and £120 for a lock replacement. When the work was done received a bill for £800. When I challenged it the locksmith became aggressive and refused to leave my house until payment was made. He only left when I said I’d call the police if he wouldn’t leave and he took the new lock off the door and left. As he left he shouted expletives at me and threatened to come back.

Terrible experience with this company
Terrible experience with this company. Quote that was given by lady on the phone was incorrect and was basically called a liar! The man who fitted the lockbox attempted to charge £120, but can be bought for £16 on amazon. Would not recommend using!

Appalling
Service was good, but I was overcharged purposefully. When I realised I would not be refunded and they persisted to call my complain a"waste of time" if I could give no stars, thats what I would prefer. Disrespectful on the phone, did not let me get a word in edgewise, I had to raise my voice just to get my point across. Not do business with them if you know what is good for you.
