1st Defence Locksmiths Leeds Avis

Ben and Mark were excellent to work with for the changing of locks at our new house. Would highly recommend.

Great job. Came on time and did the job well. Very polite and charged no hidden extras. Would definitely use again.

Ben from 1st Defence came out to repair our damaged door today and was excellent throughout. He was friendly, professional and even took his shoes off before coming in.

He had a good look at the door, quickly explained what was wrong, how he would fix it, and pointed out a couple of other areas that needed attention. We took out the integral blinds and he completed the work efficiently.

With both of us working from home and a very excitable dog making plenty of noise, he just got on with it without any fuss. I would happily use Ben again and would recommend him.

Great service, very knowledgeable and professional.

The lock was sorted out with no issues he knew what the problem was straight away and got started straight away. Thank you I will sleep tonight

Ben was very professional and offered an excellent service. The price he quoted was transparent. I would highly recommend him and would 100% use him again. Thank you Ben

Ben was superb. He was on time, polite and explained everything that was going on with my UPVC Patio door lock and mechanisms. He gave me choices on what to do, trying to get me the best deal for my money. No pressure, and he showed me everything that was malfunctioning and managed to get it working again. Lovely safe lock and new handles too.

Ben was super speedy, very helpful and polite. Thank you

Highly recommend. Great customer service, efficient, professional and invoiced as quoted.

Same day help opening a Yale lock, polite and professional and no hidden charges. Thanks!

Was very clear about pricing prior to job. Fixed the issue - slipped lock on patio door. Also adjusted door to fit better. It's like a new door! Only charged labour as no parts required. Would recommend.

Ben was very helpful fixing my door. Talked me through what was wrong clearky. He also did it all in good time. Would definitely recommend.

I was referred to Ben, luckily he was able to come pretty much straight away, at 5pm on a Friday night. they came and replaced the lock. Fixed straight away at a fair price. I would recommend them.

Mark was really professional. He was friendly and explained everything clearly. And with a few items went above and beyond to make them look good and work correctly

Last Saturday afternoon I could not lock my composite door. In a panic I rang 1st Defence Locksmiths. Spoke to Ben who was very helpful and one of his colleagues arrived late afternoon. He was a lovely guy, very helpful, and explained everything to me, putting my mind at ease. He adjusted my lock and door hinge and everything sorted within 45mins. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend them. Price was very reasonable for a weekend call out and I can’t praise Ben and his colleague high enough. They are the best. Definitely a five star service.

Would highly recommend Ben. He replaced some window locks for me. He did a great job, was friendly, prompt and very professional.
