This place is awful. Ordered in January. It's now May, I received an email yesterday asking how much I loved their products even though I don't have them and I've sent them 3 emails, called several times, and tried to get in touch with them through Facebook and I've not heard anything back.

All of these negative reports are true, according to my experience. Should have checked here first, instead of trying to get the company to respond after both of my items finally arrived horribly misprinted. Save time and dispute the charge. DO NOT BUY from this fraudulent company.

Terrible company. Ordered shoes 6 weeks ago. Nothing. Try to get in touch by phone and e-mail, just get a generated response about how fast they will get back with me. Only thing they did fast was charge my card. Going to dispute charge.

I ordered Georgia Bulldogs shoes and cap and received nothing. Not even a real message or a call back. Truth is this is a fraudulent business. I filed a complaint with the bank and it was a totally different business. The phone number is in Pennsylvania where the business claims to be in Delaware. Don't shop here. Please don't be the fool I was

My boyfriend ordered me something from this bogus company in March for my birthday in May. It is now April 27th!! He keeps sending emails to them and only getting automated responses about it went to spam will look into it then nothing. It's fine because charges are being filed for theft by deception and fraud so that's it. I have family who specializes in these fraudulent companies. Never ever again!!! DO NOT order from these people!!!

This company is a scam. I sent an email a week after ordering when I hadn’t received any order processing info. The site says to allow 15-21 days for order to be received. After 26 days from the date I placed the order they responded to my email saying my initial inquiry went to their spam folder (sure it did). They keep saying they will look into it, but haven’t given me an update. When I advised that I was going to file a complaint with PayPal to get refunded, they stopped responding. Funny how that works.

Besides my order taking over a month to get shipped. I received it finally worst thing I could of ever bought very cheaply nasty looking made sweatsuit and for 70 bucks I could of gotten name brand. Been trying to get a refund for 2 days now. They didn't have a problem taking there money but they sure don't want to give it back. Never never ever ever again

They don't respond until the return window has past, then they want you to pay expensive shipping to return the items.i contacted the company Unfortunately I had a bad experience with my parcel but customer service was very kind and helped me with that issue!

On their behalf. Shipping info would be available in 2 to 3 week. ( way too long). Never got shipping info. Left them an email in regards, and never got a reply. Went on to cancel order

Bad quality, take for ever to arrived. Not happy at all. I'm still waiting how to return my order.

The shoes are beautiful but I ordered them about three to four months ago and just got them two days ago I have never waited a long for a package that I’ve forgotten it….

I ordered this hat on Feb 17th 2022. I emailed them 2-19 to change the name on the hat. The email said thanks so much for emailing us we will get back to you with a Human Response a.s.a.p. I emailed them 3 times after that and still have not heard from them. I finally received the hat after a month and my name is spelled wrong. Also the hat does not look anything like it does on their website. It looks like something you could buy at the Dollar Tree Store. I sent an email saying they spelled my name wrong and to send me a pre-paid label so I can return this item. I STILL NOT HAVE HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. I'm very disgusted and disappointed in the way they HAVE NOT handled this issue.
