Your product did not say" comes from" or "made in "anywhere on your site and I read you are in the U.s. so I did not believe it would take that long to get. If I had known it would ship from overseas I would not have bought your product. Same goes for knowing it woukd take that ling to get.

The second delivery was not the same like the first..i want it with zipper..but it doesn't have a zipper

The Produkt is awsome.
Nice Qualität almost everything is nice.
One Problem I have with it
the closed leasch for the knop is to close on the open part
When I close the knop I looks stupid because there is still a gap.

It need really long time to get the and the information when it arrived Was almost not existing.
Because the link for the tracking wasn't working and the tracking number I get don't give me any informations

Ordered a shirt that wasn’t true to size according to sizing chart. It was way too small and can’t fit into it. Contacted Loddita to exchange for a larger size and was told they don’t do exchanges. I reached out again and no answer. I am so disappointed with this company I will never use them again. I’m now stuck with a tiny shirt that doesn’t fit and I’m out $40 terrible customer service. I would give no stars if I could

I placed my order on Dec 5th for a ugly christmas sweater, was in contact with seller as well during the shipping process fast communication but I did not receive my ugly sweater til day after Christmas so I sent a request for a return/refund and since then I have not received anymore communication back to me.

The product received was excellent a d fit true to size ! My husband loves it and says it’s very warm!
The delivery was great did not take forever to get product. Over all very happy with the product and service !

I'm still waiting on my order from the 1st of December , and have been giving the run around on where it is.

Zero stars!! Horrible customer service! Ordered on November 23rd didn't receive until December 20th wanted to return item in the return window (30 days after purchase date) which took 27 days to ship from China. I only had 3 days to return. Tried calling number to return and got no answer, tried emailing the support email got no response and when I did get a response it was an automated one and was asked why I wanted to return it and got no response after that. Would not recommend to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I loved the zipper jackets that I received and they came a few days early from the delivery date. I would recommend the things Loddita has.

The sizing chart on your site needs to be changed the comparison chart with chest and length measurements is way off. according to your chart I would wear a medium but you had to replace it with an extra Large. I am happy with the shirts that I just received.

Excellent shirt 👕 👌 👍 👏 glad it came safe in the mail, hope to purchace more clothing soon.
