Avoid at all costs. Total scam-artists.
Be warned, they’re lovely to begin with because they’re selling cheap and nasty useless pieces of furniture. All polished garbage, please don’t buy here you’ll regret it!
Bought a table where the legs keep falling off, they replaced it but guess what, it keeps happening, now the yearly period for replacement is over all you get is an aggressive imbecile who apparently is a manager who is more bothered ordering lunch than doing anything to support you. Promised providing the glue with a follow up email confirmation after an hour of discussion, guess what, it never came, genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
You’re a disgrace and looking at the other reviews I hope others don’t make the same mistake and avoid you like the plague. Your customer support team are absolutely abysmal, school children who couldn’t care less, groaning down the phone saying they can only give 20% off the same table where the legs keep falling off.
I have sent a report to trading standards to look into this, there is clearly a question regarding legality of the business and the products it’s selling.
Once again, don’t waste your money, avoid avoid avoid!!!
Had a celebration meal for my sisters golden wedding and also a birthday.
We had a lovely evening, The food was excellent and the staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble.
Would definitely recommend.
Our sofa from loft has a clear manufacturing defect where the material has disintegrated in the matter of two years despite good maintenance and low use. We tried to escalate this to the customer service team and management however they were not helpful in providing any repair or replacement due to the item being recently out of the warranty period. I will not be purchasing from this business again in the future due to this poor quality product and poor customer service.
The box arrived damaged and the foam got all over my house which took ages to clean up. That’s not the end of the world tho, however the chest of drawers which chipped and scratched and a piece was missing. I wrote to them on Friday, completely ignore I also wrote a review when they asked for one but no reply on that either.
Not a great experience would be okay with chips and scratches as that’s mainly in the inside but a missing piece is abit of a joke.

Waited in all day for delivery had take day off work for this! Courier dumped wrong box at doorstep & took off without any paperwork. Wrong delivery address on the box & completely wrong furniture delivered. Got a cheeky text from driver saying I’d have to arrange an uplift. When I phoned & challenged this I was told that he had no control over this & that my chest of drawers that I’d ordered where not in the warehouse. Phoned customer services x 3 @ Loft & each time call was terminated saying no available operators. Totally exasperated…not a relaxing day away from my work in the NHS & totally out of pocket for their mess
Update- Just got the generic reply below, I had already sent e-mail to the ann @ loft earlier this morning…clearly ignored, doesn’t sound like they take customer care very seriously.

I ordered a table and chairs online from Loft with a 28-day lead time, which is fine. I also ordered the additional assembly service. However, I didn't hear back from them after I placed my order.
Two weeks later, I contacted them by email and was told that they would contact me once they had a delivery date. Weeks passed and I still hadn't heard back from them. I sent 1, 2, 3 more emails, but still no response.
After almost 2 months, I called them and they basically told me that they had the table and chairs in stock and they scheduled the delivery for the following day.
Finally, the table and chairs were delivered. The quality looks just okay, but I'm not sure if the price was worth it.
To make matters worse, the delivery guys didn't know that the assembly was included and they just left the items. So, I had to call again to request a refund of the installation fee.
Overall, I am very disappointed with Loft's customer service. I had to chase them down to get what I ordered, and the quality of the furniture does not worth the price. However I have to say that the people talked to were kind but I won't be ordering from Loft again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
