I would completely recommend Loft Boarding Scotland. Everyone I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable and simply very helpful. The work I had done was excellent and I'm delighted with the result.

We had our loft boarding completed Monday and I’m absolutely delighted with the finished result!
The guys we had out were really professional and kept us up to date throughout the day.
We had to make a couple of changes to our installation on the day and it couldn’t have went any smoother.
They covered our flooring so nothing was damaged, gave us a full walk through when completed and left absolutely no mess.

From start to finish it was such an easy process and Ive already been telling everyone who’s considering boarding their loft to contact Loft Boarding Scotland.

Service from customer services excellent with fast responses. Quote was not the lowest but fair and quality of work cannot be faulted. I would recommend that installers ask a client first if they can put the radio on as mine didn’t and despite knowing I was working from home had it up loud. I haven’t marked down for that as quality of work was so high. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Only thing I have marked down a score for is because the electrician was meant to come the afternoon after the loft installers had left but he did not come. I agreed the Friday at 10 as an alternative and he turned up without warning at 08:50. Appreciate not a LBS employee.

Overall very happy and would recommend.

There was a small issue with an attic which Loft Boarding Scotland installed a couple of years ago, and they quickly came round to sort it. The general work for the attic is great. LBS came round and sorted it very quickly and all looks great again now.

Our loft space didn't allow us to do what we'd hoped, but the team helped us understand the options available and gave us a helpful breakdown of costs. On the day, the team were quick, helpful and tidy. The space looks great and has significantly increased our storage space.

A very positive experience with Loft Boarding Scotland - they spent a lot of time liaising with us for quote details and our exact requirements, then once agreed the lads that came round to fit were excellent, very polite, thorough, good solid work and tidied everything up afterwards. Great customer service from the back office with check ins and updates, and likewise the tradesmen on the day arrived on time and did a great job exactly as quoted - genuinely a first class experience all round.
