I was scammed out of approx 30 Euro when I was automatically signed up to a premium subscription without my knowledge. I bought a 1.99 logo and in the fine print of the terms and conditions they had hidden that a subscription could be set up. I received a cheeky email saying welcome and when my bank phoned me to check the additional charge, I was shocked that a few days later, on top of the 1.99 Euro, I was charnged 30+ Euro. How can this company have a good rating with sneaky practices like this. They must generate their own! They are now blocked from ever taking money from my card again. I have emailed them notifying them of my disgust and reported to the authorities that this should be illegal... to hide additional charges in the terms and conditions.

I have used the paid version of his app for several years now and just recently it started not saving my photos on my Android phone. I have repeated reached out to their customer service with no responses. It worked fine until 2025 and I was very pleased until no customer service support. That is the reason for my rating. Canceled my subscription from my Google Pay and have moved on! Thank you

Contacted via email as I signed up by accident. The company took 2 payments before I noticed. Within a 3 day exchange my subscription was confirmed cancelled and a refund processed. Refund not come through yet but I am sure it will. Fantastic service.
