Good, creative design concepts. The designers were very professional and iteration turnaround time was fast. Great price too! I'm happy to recommend these folks.

I was very happy when I received my logo, it was better than I imagined. It took about 24hrs to complete which is faster than most companies.

I had a great experience with these guys. Their work was outstanding and I would use them again in the future. They did a better job than I expected and they were really able to capture my ideas in the logo that I had created. Great job!

This has been one of the worst service experiences that I ever had. They promise they can do all these features and make a website from nothing, but the execution is far below expectation. It literally took a month for them to actually work on my website. After they made the initial splash page. I request multiple changes that was not addressed until I they switch designers. Once I got my new designer who claimed to be a supervisor, it took another month to get him to make any meaningful changes. Bottomline, I can go on about how horrible my experience was but I just want to warn you to beware of this company.

Over all good experience. Took longer than expected to get files I wanted but in the long run satisfied.

I paid for a unique design for prestashop ecommerce site but what I received was a copy of a web template with a few changes for the wordpress ecommerce site.. then they deleted my prestashop site off my server and uploaded their wordpress site and theme to my server and refuse to refund the money saying they completed the job. HA HA my lawyer is gonna have a field day

Complete scam I am reporting this to FCC as they do not provide any finished product and they will not answer calls and do not honor their 100% guarantee refund that they advertised Luckily I know people in the FCC and have reported this scam so they will likely get shut down and likely court case with potential of jail time for fraud

I hired this company to build my website and they started the project and then just abandoned it...!! They were not responsive with revisions and the only time they ever talked to me is if I bothered them on there chat line. The only thing that they did good was the logo. I give them 5 stars for the logo. If you need a good logo, I recommend logo frank, however if you need a website, I would use another company, perhaps FIVERR

Very bad experience. The website took months to get up and running. Slow responding to communication, a lot of mistakes, always trying to sell me more than I asked for. Following website creation, they wanted maintenance $175 annual and hosting fees $95 which they say was on their server. Also charging me $110 annually for each email through host gator domain which costs us $12.95 per year for up to five users going direct. When we decided to host ourselves through HostGator instead of paying their premium, they were very uncooperative and poor service. I am paid through December 2017, yet they immediately took down my domain and deleted emails which are now lost and want me to pay additional fees to recreate everything they dissolved without consent. Don't waste your time the appeal of saving money with LogoFrank. (formerly logo influx) They say they are in Austin Texas but definitely feels like they are outside the United States with the language barrier and time differences. Go direct to HostGator, save money and learn WordPress to be more in control of your service/site.

Working with Logo Frank has been a breeze. Their work has been quick and well done. They have been responsive to my requests first for design and then for revisions. They have offered additional services that will help us in our new business along the way and those also have been completed quickly. Their representative has been focused on keeping me informed and making sure my needs are being met. Overall, I have had an excellent experience and would recommend their service to others.

My original "chat" and order was great. The length of time from order to logo approval was three months. I was out of the office on business trips several times during these months and not able to follow-up on a regular basis. Overall, we do like the logo and the price. Thank you so much.
