THIS IS A FRAUD CRAZY TRUE FRAUD
I am rating 1 because I cannot go below that. The first time I went on the site I was very pleased and well received by the online service. I placed my order and he stated that if the logo doesn't satisfy me or for any reason I don't want to finalize the process, I would immediately receive my refund back 100%.
A few days after, A few events came up and I have decided to drop the project so I contacted them for my refund. From fake promised to same routine questions, here we are a month later I still don't know either or not they will pay me back.
THIS IS A FRAUD.

On The Right Track!
We have been working with LogoFrank for a few days on our logo. So far they have been very receptive and have been patient thru the process and we have fumbled with determining exactly what it is that we want. I think we are on track in our own minds with what we want to see and are excited now to see the finished product.

This company is fraud
This company is fraud - do not trust!! They are not only amateurs in the industry, their customer service is horrific, horrible response times, and they do not deliver a final product - or refund you when they don't!! It is a scam, use someone else - not worth your time and money. Trust me I have been in Marketing for 20 years and can't believe I fell for their scam.

I am very pleased with the logo I ordered from Logo Frank. I was given a number of different designs specific to my needs, with color recommendations. After a round of revisions I chose one that works perfectly for me. I had a couple additional requests after I approved the design and my designer was very responsive. I highly recommend LogFrank. It was an easy, pleasant experience.

Poor/unacceptable quality design work, then took 12 requests to get agreement to issue a refund. Then, six weeks later - NO REFUND. Avoid LogoFrank!
