I have been working with Victor Rodricks for more than a year on multiple projects. He is one of the best that I worked with, he always deliver the best services to us, Victor is very professional and responsive, he always ensure customer satisfaction. Definitely will keep working with him on future projects.

This is a horrible company I do not believe anyone there is a graphic designer. I have paid for my website and can't get it approved for their lack of response and knowledge of what I am asking. I have turned them into the better business bureau and do not recommend anyone using this company. It is a scam!

They need to be reported. This company is not to be trusted; please don't use them; report them to the local authorities. They are a Scam, and they will steal your money.

This company truly is a scam company. When you pay upfront then they call to sell you more. If you do not do it they claim security issues and shut your website down until you pay thousands, literally. It is such a shame they do this. There is not good reason for it other than black mail. BUYER BEWARE! Do not use this SCAM company.

This is a very well-coordinated pool of scammers who think they are smarter than everyone else. Let me say this very clearly: DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY and seek their help with logos, websites, or any work at all. They will talk for hours just to siphon data from you. they want to milk the customer for as much money as they can. They brazenly lie about things that are not true. One example was a guy named Anthony Brown (yeah, an Indian guy named "Anthony Brown - BIG RED FLAG!), who told me that he was contacted by the US Patent and Trademark Office about another person wanting to use the same company name as mine. Well, snap, I am ex-military and have a friend who is an attorney at the federal level. I forwarded the email and he told me the email had "scam" written all over it. When I confronted "Anthony Brown," he refused to send me the "email he received from the patent office" and would not share any more information. My attorney friend, who works for the federal government, told me to report the company and cease any further contact with them. These people sit around and cook up stories to scam people. They start with little $40 and $50 jobs and then start hacking the customer. Everyone needs to stay as far away from this illegitimate company as they can.

It was a complete scam. They did a great logo design for me, then came the contact about the trademark on my logo, sent money for two trademarks, didn't explain anything, then asked for more money that had nothing to do with trademarks and for what is a ten-minute application took days haven't heard from them since. complete rip-off of the consumer.

I tried to work with an Indian calling himself "Chris Adams" on a logo revision. My logo is a viking ship and I need the sail turned into a paintbrush. I drew it for them. I was assured 24-48 turn around. I got revisions that didn't even come close to my expectations.

Now, three weeks later, he hasn't delivered, despite telling me in conversation "oh yes! I understand exactly". Now, I am told that I have used up my revision count, and must upgrade to a more expensive package to achieve my goal. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was flat out denied! I asked for a refund. I'm sure that won't happen.

DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Chris the representative has been there to support and to answer all my questions. A little pushy but with my best interest in mind. He allows me to pray and follow God on making these very important business decisions. Something’s I’m unsure of but he gives the best solutions and is very patient.

Be very careful. They advertised a logo for $29, then charged me $59. Now they refuse to release the logo I paid for (and mocked up for them, they didn't even create it) unless I pay a $749 licensing fee.

A pure bait and switch scam after trying to upsell me at every turn.

I browsed their website one time several weeks ago and input my information for a discount code. Since this time I have received multiple phone calls, emails, and even text messages from 5 different numbers continually contacting me. I have asked explicitly and repeatedly every single time to not be contacted again, and for my information to be removed from their system.

I cannot stress enough how invasive this company is. Do not, under any circumstances, give them your contact information.

EDIT: Since this review was written they have disputed the report with Trustpilot. After providing evidence to Trustpilot and having my review verified, they then attempted to have my review removed by claiming it was for another business. They will actively try to remove unfavorable reviews by outright lying, and have no doubt been successful with those whose authors did not see the communications in time.
