I have paid $400.00 dollars to have my website built plus two monthly fees. Two and a half months have passed and the website is still not finished or published. Three different men have worked on it and it still is not done. Since they have not been able to fulfill the job, please refund my money.

I stated multiple times I wanted a simple logo for a project, and they kept asking about my "business". It wasn't a business, it was a non profit project. I mentioned my desire to have a business eventually but this wasn't it. They kept trying to sell me a 1+k website for my "business", and I kept saying no, I just want a simple design. I filled their formulary letting them know what I wanted, the colors and everything, and the designs were very basic and simplistic. I'm not one to trash others' work, but I'm versed in graphic design myself and I would've been able to do the designs they sent me.
My package included "unlimited reviews, satisfaction guaranteed". So I sent another message stating the changes I wanted. I got a call and guess what? I got asked AGAIN about my "business" and if I'd be interested in the $1+k website design and set up. I said, again, no, that I just wanted a simple design. Once again I received a design and once again it wasn't what I had asked for, and this time it didn't even had the colors. I had sent them a reference picture too, mind you.

You might think I'm being awful but remember, I do a bit of graphic design myself. I commissioned someone else to do it and since the design was SO simplistic, he did it in less than two hours. Evidently, the way I was communicating wasn't the problem.

After stating that I feared they were not understanding what I wanted, and that their last design didn't even have the right colors, I asked for a refund and received radio silence. No more emails, or calls or apologies or anything. And no refund.

So, if you want simple designs that look like a first semester graphic design student did it, to be pushed to buy stuff you don't need (only reason they call, evidently they're not listening to your pointers on the design), to get radio silence when you're dissatisfied with you design AND get no refund after your satisfaction was "guaranteed", you're in luck! If that's what you want, Logo Zones will deliver loud and clear.

Edit: Adding that I went with them cause I read the reviews here and thought it would be ok. It wasn't. Don't fall for it like I did. Do you really want to risk it? Go to their facebook and you'll see they only have bad reviews and a handful of followers. Go to instagram and they have even less, only 8. This "company" has the feel of a group of college students friends doing designs in their laptops on the school cafeteria. I wish I would've researched it enough before committing and buying. I always leave good reviews or try to solve stuff but they took the cake! Buyer beware, don't fall for this.
