I reached out to them in 2022 to make a logo I just got an email on Monday or Tuesday of this week saying and I owed money for registering my logo they wanted like $1,000 to proceed with that or it was going to cost me $499 to close the account I've been back and forth with them for a few days now and the prices keep changing on what it cost to close the account and then they said if I don't pay I'm going to get hit with fees up to $75,000 they are 100% a scam do not use them I 100% regret having them make me a logo

Absolute scammers that use scare tactics to get you to pay absurd amounts of money! Stay far away as possible! These people need to be arrested and shut down!

Back in 2022 I purchased a logo with an affiliate company. Not even a year later I received an email from them stating there was a copyright issue and that they wanted me to pay them an absurd amount of money which I didn't do. About every year or so, I constantly get emails from Logozones and all their affiliates (Pixelslogo, Designspedia, etc..) about copyright issues and just other BS that is 100% false and is an absolute scare tactic to get me to pay money. In these emails, I have found nothing but lies, false information, very vague statements, incorrect grammar, and punctuation. Now they have decided to "create" a fake Legal advisors company (Yes the company is owned by them) to create even more scare to get their customers to pay even more money. I have done nothing but years of extensive research regarding this company and have found the following: All the companies are registered to an address in Chicago. Those companies do not reside at that address (Yes I have went by that location and it actually is a church) All of the companies domains are registered to the same address including the "fake" legal advisors website. The Legal Advisors company is "registered" to an address Downtown Chicago and funny enough, they also don't have any offices in that building (Been there as well)

Mark Wilson apparently works at all of these companies and calls himself the "Head of Legal Affairs and Legal Officer". He seems to be the only one that works for the Legal Affairs team at these companies as I've never seen anyone else's name in any of the emails. These so called "Legal Advisors" have either created a fake name or is impersonating an actual lawyer. Stay FAR AWAY from these companies! They are scammers!!

Update as of September 10th 2026 at 11:41am CST. I have received a call from either Pixelslogo, or Logozones, not sure which because "Mark" refused to provide that answer. In the call, he started begging me to take down my previous review in exchange for the closure of my "account" and will auction off the logo because I quote on quote "Am hurting his business with my review". He then stated that if I refuse to take down my review, he will file a lawsuit against me. I refused to take down my review to make sure that nobody has to deal with these people and their scare tactics. I will be filling reports for deceptive or coercive business practices online with the FTC and will be contacting my State Attorney General to file a report with them as well.

scammers. I tried to start a delivery company in 2024. I was harassed with calls from different people and paid hordes of money for a logo that was supposed to be copyrighted in the USA. All I got was some online thing I had to print out myself that was supposed to be copyrighted. Meaning that if someone used it without my permission, they would be sued. The business never got off the ground. I lost money and even filed for Chapter 7 personal bankruptcy. I lost equipment, a vehicle to operate the business, and had to downsize from where I lived and how I lived. My Chapter 7 was discharged in March of 2026, and yesterday I got an email from these people at Pixel telling me I need to finalize the closing of my account, or it will be escalated to an exorbitant amount. I have to recontact my attorney about this matter. Any more testimonies on these foreign creeps?

Scam. Do not use this company. I hired a completely different company (designs pedia) to work on a logo design. The design was ok but nothing I was crazy about. I indicated that I did not want to proceed. 2 years later, I began receiving emails from this company (which I have no clue of) saying they submitted an application for artwork I never approved and website design we never began for a company I never heard of or worked with (also I never initiated a website because I already had one and was not using them to work on). Fast forward 2 years later, this random email indicates that they wanted $499-950 for a closure fee even though the USPTO does not charge such a fee to abandon work or applications. Please do not use this or designs pedia or whoever these people are.

Would give them a zero if I could. They built me a website a couple years ago and I paid them 3k usd. Then I took down the website and sold the rights. Now they keep coming after me with false claims that I still have to supposedly pay them for selling the company after I know I already took it down. Totally a scam. Also does not cost more than 120 usd to take down online website and rights to the website, so they are asking for way too much. They are currently demanding I pay them 5000 usd.

These guys are a scam. We had a web site and logo built for us about 5 years ago and they're still trying to shake us down with multiple scams involving the ADA and logo trademarks.

Also there crappy code never worked on mobile devices, so we've had the site completely rebuilt since we use them.

I bought a logo from these people four years ago and now they’re telling me if I don’t give them $400 I’m going to get a $75,000 fine. Don’t use them! They come out of nowhere years later and threaten you. I am reporting this to the attorney general.

I gave them one star because I couldn't give them a 0. This company is a total scam. I have tried to work with them for over 18 months now. I have worked with Oscar, Jeff Martin (scary), Steve and finally Bane. I send them explicit directions and they refuse to make all of the changes. I sent them one request 6 times and they did not understand the change request. Here is my request: ON the landing page, in the far upper land hand corner replace Welcome to Austin Texas Baby with the following language... and they could not understand that. So we tried zoom calls where I read each change to them. Only a few changes would get done. And they call you over and over and over again and sometimes at 10:00 pm. They said they did not know my time zone. Well, if you were really in Chicago we are on the same time zone! Jeff yelled at me on multiple occasions. Yelled.
They keep you hostage until you give them more money to host with them. I explained in writing and on the phone that I would not pay them any more until they finish the website. I have called 3 other website companies and they said not to give them any more money that they were wrong. Capital One VISA flags them as a scammer. They have had other clients complain about them. RUN. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY TAKE YORU MONEY AND DON'T COMPLETE THE JOB. SHAME ON THEM.

They are scammers! They scam you out of money or threaten to shut down your website once it’s finished. They also sell your emails to everyone. Paid upwards of 3k for website and refused their blackmail. Now my website is shut down. I will be sending the District attorney all my correspondence with them including recordings of them extorting money from my small business.

SCAMMERS, JEFF, and ERIC, are liars. They took 640$ for a website; they said no hidden fees. I paid, and as soon as I sealed the deal, they started asking for more money each step of the way. After 1500$, they created a website. After one month, they started using fake statements to get more money. They texted me yesterday saying their server is running out of space, and if I don't pay 500$, my website will disappear. I ignored them, and Today they shut down my website. Now I am paying other people to build a new website.

This guys are scammers. They took $5000 and The representative claim to offer trademark services and as I went along I felt their offers are to scam me, I asked for refund and they denied it. If you are asking logo service and trademark services from this company, be ready to spare some time and money to hire lawyers and other wasted exercise.

Jeff Martin, my designer, has been totally unresponsive. I cannot get even 1 revision of his work. Was sold the Startup package with access to 2 designers. Have only had contact with one designer and my requirements from the beginning were clear. I gave examples and continued to give examples.

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! I paid for the Standard Logo package on 9/8/2022. It was marketed and promised that I would receive communication from a Project Manager that would be assigned to me and would have a logo design to review within 24 hours. It is 9/12/2022 and I have not heard a word from this company. I've called which goes straight to voicemail and I've tried to Live Chat which is states that no one is available. I've now sent a message through their website and via my personal email demanding a refund for being in breach of contract. I will be escalating this issue if I am not contacted today and receive a refund.

I hired them and got very few things I wanted. they were always trying to upsell me and sending me payment links. They were supposed to host my website for two years. I paid $900 dollars for that and they did not honor that it took over 6 months to get my website live. I am selling products and they never added any of my payment links or Shipping. It was just a informational site. That is not what I asked for or paid for.

In about 3-4 years you will be contacted by them telling you that someone is trying to trademark your logo and then you will give their “legal team” thousands of $$$ before you realize you have been taken. They they tell you you’re going to get a call from the trademark office. That guy tells you that the other company filed a rebuttal. And they try to take you for more get you to send documents proving you are the first user and try to take you for more thousands of $$$. They got me the first time.

Mark black helped start to the end he was very informative and pleasant. He explained everything to me about my logo. He used his vision to create to logo for my businesses. He is so creative. His customer service skills are the best.

Nowadays, you hardly get to have a person full of compassion and who's so excited about their job because this pandemic has changed a lot....especially with attitudes and customer service. But Cameron delivered the best work a customer could ever ask for. I probably got on his nerves a couple times 🤣 but never once did he show it. Thanks Cameron. You deserve a raise 😘

Everything was very professional. I worked with Amy and she was very patient and understanding with me. She has a very caring spirit, which made the process very easy. I will definitely use Pixels Logo again and pray that I can get Amy.
