I am beyond frustrated with Lola Blankets and what they claim to be a “luxury” experience—because this was anything but. I just received a notification that my blankets are being sent back to your warehouse, which is absolutely unacceptable. For a company that markets itself as high-end, this level of service is honestly pathetic.
The sale clearly stated it applied to the spring collection only, yet you later opened it up site-wide. When I reached out, I did NOT ask to cancel my order—I simply asked to change my selection after waiting all this time. Instead of working with me, you completely disregarded my request and mishandled the situation.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. At this point, I expect far better communication and accountability. I would like a phone call to resolve this immediately because this entire situation has been handled terribly.
