We bought a cake for 14 people from Lola’s Cupcakes for my daughter’s baby shower and it was absolutely perfect. It looked beautiful and tasted even better — we had so many compliments from our guests. Everyone loved it! Highly recommended and would definitely order again.

Brilliant cake. Stunning to look at and perfect for a special occassion. Not only did it look great but it tasted amazing too. Well packaged for safe transport.

Excellent reliable service. We ordered 2 birthday cakes, a week apart and they were both absolutely delicious.

I ordered both vegan & normal cup cakes & a birthday cake. They were all very yummy! It stayed fresh in the fridge for 7 - 8 days.
The service was good.
I will definitely recommend Lola's cakes.

I had to pick up the cake in store otherwise it was £15 to be delivered, for a £30 cake, when I was in bearing in mind this is a perishable item and therefore it had to be delivered on a specific date. Lower delivery charges for would be better.

The cake that we got from Lola’s Cupcake was incredible! We literally had people coming back from seconds the only reason why it got 4 stars because the lady that served the cake to my sister was questioning why we put a picture of our cat on the cake! Ask if this matted to her, like we have paid for the extra so does it really matter!! Next time I might just order the cake to the house.

The cake was amazing. It was the vegan and gluten free one and everyone loved it. I would only recommend that it is made clear on the website that the cake needs to be in the fridge until serving as I was unaware and luckily managed to fit it in the fridge as we picked it the day before the party

Beautiful special day little birthday cake

I registered as a member last year. On November 13th this year, I went to the Kingston store to collect my birthday cake, but the staff rudely told me that because my spending over the past year was too low, I could only receive a single cupcake.

First, although my family bought cakes from your store more than once over the past year, I wasn’t the one who made the purchases, so my membership card wasn’t used and therefore no spending record appears.

Second, I showed the staff your official terms and conditions, which do not state that a certain spending amount is required to receive the birthday cake. However, she ignored me completely and insisted, in a very rude manner, that I could only choose one cupcake.

I feel that I was treated unfairly.
