Lola's - Kingston Bentals Centre Avis 

Amazing service! I ordered an Elsa/Frozen cake for my daughter’s birthday and it was absolutely beautiful ! The only criticism would be that the icing/frosting was a bit too sweet (compared to the other cake that we had purchased from Lola).

As someone who prefers reassurance I would have appreciated a confirmation email maybe 48hrs beforehand. However, I need not have worried, the process was seamless and the beautiful cake was delivered on time to the exact venue. Thank you, keep doing what you are doing…. Exceptional!!

I ordered a gender reveal cake and the staff at Bentalls Kingston is very helpful. She made the order for me without any issue and it made our day to have a very smooth transaction.

What a amazing delicious birthday cake
I ordered the red velvet birthday cake for my son's 15th. We had 12 boys round for his birthday party after spending the afternoon at paintball. The cake was eaten up in no time at all.
All the boys commented on how fresh and delicious it was. The staff at Kingston were fantastic!

Order was for 70 vegan mini cupcakes but had to order boxes of 12 as per website order form. Email enquiries were replied in good time. Mini cupcake size is ok - no unfinished morsels as sometimes can occur with bigger/normal size cupcakes. A tad pricey @£2.25 (self pickup at store) but each box has a mix of 3 flavours with nicely decorated toppings. Taste and texture (moist) good, more so for vegan. Nice staff at Lola Kingston - friendly and helpful.

Easy ordering, easy pick up, great packaging and a perfect cake. I’m a semi professional cake baker and I didn’t have time to bake my daughter a birthday cake. I didn’t have high expectations but this cake was amazing, I couldn’t have made it any better. Very reasonable price too. I will return.

The Birthday Cake for my sons 50th birthday was Fabulous every person who had the cake just kept coming with compliments about the taste which was delicious. Thank you for the excellent service at Kingston I highly recommended them.

Ordered the large Eton Mess cake for my Mum’s birthday. It was a great size, looked lovely and tasted delicious.
