Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Cake was delicious and beautiful. There was a little mixup at pick up with Lola’s trying to convince my husband he had got his daughters name wrong and tried to give him the wrong cake but apart from that it was great

Perfect birthday cake for my mum’s 80th celebrations.
The Victoria sponge was packed with fruit and cream and everyone enjoyed it. Paid extra for delivery and the updates on arrival time were really helpful and the delivery lady was polite and friendly.

Very nice cake ad great customer service
I got the cookies and cream cake for my son's birthday, it was absolutely delicious! I appreciated the update by email and text to let me know the cake was ready for collection, the team at Lola's cafe was very nice ad helpful.
