Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. If I could give it a zero, I would.
I ordered a birthday cake for £30. It tasted like an off the shelf supermarket cake. Standards have really gone down as each year goes by. I will never buy a birthday cake from here again. Not interested in eating plastic icing, and barely any chocolate in a chocolate cake. Very disappointed.
I can only assume, that only people who cannot bake, would like this sub standard, sugar overload JUNK!!

cake amazing but customer service shocking
cake was amazing but customer service at West Hampstead branch was shocking. 3 out of 5 staff standing behind counter were standing there drinking coffee / on their phones and the one that served me couldn't care less if i was there or not. The 2 other staff were in go-slow mode and there was a strong smell of sweat in the air too- quite off-putting around food! While I stood there a lady with baby was sitting trying to grab attention of any of them to get served (completely forgot about her order) and they didnt even apologise. So so bad!

Excellent service
Really good, efficient service. Ready to collect the very minute they were promised. Received immediate communication at 9am on the day to let me know they were ready to collect. And of course the cupcakes were very fresh and tasted great, perfectly decorated.

Fabulous cake, fabulous team
We ordered a gluten-free chocolate personalised birthday cake on line for collection. The cake was exceptional - as good if not better than any gluten-full cake! The ordering process was easy, we received excellent communication from Loa's including letting us know when the cake was ready to collect in store - and the in-store team were lovely. All round, a fabulous experience!
