Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

I was able to add extra info by email etc. I would like to recommend Lola’s which people aren’t aware that you can order online & get it delivered now. I am shocked & disappointed to see…
I am shocked & disappointed to see that the standards & quality of Lola’s have fallen dramatically.
I purchased a cake 🎂 that was not fresh I returned to the store at Brent Cross
I was given a replacement cake but have to say this was also disappointing the cakes themselves are not the same as they used to be in the past you could rely on having a delicious cake unfortunately there is minimal fruit & filling and are not at all flavour
