Purchased a banana dessert pot which was delicious. Fresh bananas, soft sponge and sweet caramel all presented in a decent size pot. Will definitely be buying this again!!!

Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

My experience with is comapny has been excellent. The service was great and it was a very smooth process. We chose to click and collect our order and it was a great decision. The lady who worked there was really kind and helped us make sure we got the right cake.

I always order cakes from them and they are absolutely delicious and gorgeous.
I wish they had Lola’s Cupcakes around N17 or N22 as I have to travel to Brentcross to collect my orders and it’s a bit far for me.
Other than that I am a happy costumer.

I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your cake.
I can assure you that all of our cakes are freshly baked and prepared for the date of delivery.
We do advise to store our cakes in the fridge and to take them out at least 2-3 hours before serving as our products are best served at room temperature. If they are not kept out for long enough this can affect the taste and texture.
I will be sure however to pass your feedback across to the relevant teams and we will monitor if we have any similar feedback from your cake batch.

A vegan cake that is actually delicious!;)
Absolutely wonderful! We ordered a vegan chocolate brownie cake for our 4 year old daughter’s birthday party as she has a dairy allergy and frankly I expected the cake be dry and bland like most vegan substitutes but it was honestly amazing. A really well presented, really tasty and moist cake which you would not know dairy free and at least as good as any cake I’ve had before, possibly even the best. I ordered for collection and had no issues at with pick up, everything was really straightforward.
Will definitely use Lola’s again 😃

Cake was too dry
All my cakes are from Lola, we love them. But surprisingly this time the cake was too dry which was really disappointing as we were really looking forward to enjoying the cake.
Thanks for all the amazing moist cakes delivered so far.

Cake was not fresh and the taste was awful.
The cake looked nice but the double chocolate taste was very bad and it was not fresh. I bought so many cakes from Lola but this time was awful. I paid £85 but I wasted my money. We put whole cake in the bin.
