Customer service were really helpful as I had to change my pick-up to a delivery.

I've have served the cake at Galentine's day party at my house and guests went for seconds! It was very filling and you cannot eat a lot but very delicious. Just enough frosting and cake, enough sugar and the biscoff crumbs added a crumbly/slight crunch to the cake. The caramel cake was not overpowering and the sponge cake flavour was very subtle and allowed for the frosting and biscoff to come out. It was also moist, not dry at all! I've also been able to keep it in the fridge for 3 days and kept the freshness from the first day. I would definitely recommend this cake.

Bought a cake for my husband’s birthday. Ordered it online with a personalisation on the top. It was so delicious, looked amazing and easy to collect too. We got so many lovely comments from our guests. And it was pretty reasonable compared to other cake shops

They managed to spell out a difficult message (in a foreign language) with accuracy!

Have been getting my daughters birthday cakes from Lola’s for 6 years, we picked the mermaid cake. The inside was a little dry and we served it on the day it was purchased.

I was able to order with ease, to collect on a day of my choosing, check out was easy and the cake didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I got a little message iced on the cake and it was beautifully done! Collection was easy and fuss free! I will be buying all my cakes from here in future! (Almost forgot to mention how fresh and tasty the cake was!!)

Cake was a bit too rich.

I received the 26 regular cupcakes at the time expected, it was well packed. I did not receive anything damaged, everything was on point! I should also highlight the softness of the cupcakes, amazing flavor, and balanced level of sugar. Loved it!
