Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

The ordering experience and arranging a convenient pick up location was easy.
I was contacted on the day to confirm my cake was ready for pick up.
The member of staff at the pick up location was very friendly, helpful and generous. A credit to the team.
Most importantly, the cake looked great and tasted even better - moist and flavoursome.

Best coconut cake in London!
I ordered the coconut cake and it was absolutely delicious. The ganache was perfect and the chocolate sponge soft and moist. Will definitely order again.

Issue with collection as the Liverpool Street Station shop should be open til 8pm, however the employee called me to go there before 7pm and repeated that to me we I have arrived at 7pm making her a huge favour. This has not been helpful.
