Lola's - Lola's LiverPool St Avis 

Very poor behaviour from staff. Went to pickup an order and theyd sent an email we hadn’t seen an hour before that it was cancelled. Should not advertise the items if they do not have it in the first place. Upon showing the email cancellation and dissapointment, one of them started to snicker and laugh at the back, starting to chat badly about us as we turned away. Confronted them why they found it funny and a middle class man stood up for them and pretended they were greeting him (obviously they were not). It’s unprofessional and meant to be a luxury food brand. Need to hire staff with better manners and ways of dealing with situations like this. These were meant to be for visiting my grandma.

Ordering process was super easy, I was able to pick up the cake on my chosen day from Liverpool Street Underground station. The cake, although small was delicious and would easily server 4-6, you don't need a huge slice as it is so filling. The rich 'buttercream' filling was generous and wasn't overly sweet, the red velvet cake was still moist the next day. I'd definitely order again!

Needed branded cupcakes for an office celebration and Lola's photo cupcakes worked out well for the purpose. The online order process was efficient and quick, allowing me to upload the image I wanted as part of the order. Later, a few days before the order, a question about allergens was swiftly answered by their customer service team. Order pick-up from their kiosk was prompt and very friendly.

The cake was amazing ! Everyone said it’s the best cake they have ever tasted. Am I the only person so impressed also by the cute postman pat van and super nice delivery man. The van is even covered in their colourings and logo making the whole experience absolutely 5 star will be using them again

Easy to order online and pick up at convenient location. Process of picking up was quick. Cake delicious and exactly as expected. 👍🏼

Amazing personalised Victoria sponge birthday cake! Enjoyed by all !

This is the second time that I've ordered a birthday cake from Lola's and I can honestly say that I wont be buying cakes from anywhere else.
From the super easy ordering on the website to the very lovely guy at the Lola's stand at Liverpool Street Station to the actual eating of one of the best cakes that we have eaten in a long, long time ... that's why I give Lola's a well deserved 5 *****

Never had an issue with purchasing from you before. However the person at your Liverpool St station rang me while I was on my way to collect my cake to ask if I was coming two hours before the allotted time I was given because you’d sold out. I assume she was happy to sell a cake I had already paid for and that was personalised. I said I was coming she was quite rude and cut me off when I was speaking. I got to the station, the shutters were down and I was met with the most miserable person in the smallest gap to pick up my cake. Not the experience I expected.

Nice birthday cake, decorated really nicely. Will buy from again.

Really easy to order and pick up from Liverpool St before travelling to Suffolk. Vegan Victoria sponge was amazing - everyone loved it.
