Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Mouldy Cake
The cake we ordered had mould on the fruit, all the strawberries were mouldy and smelt terrible. Was very disappointed considering we ordered way in advance and collected on the day we ordered it for.

My Gluten Free Cupcakes
I love LOLA'S GLUTEN FREE cakes, but, this time both cakes had after taste. And made me a little sick. This is why I gave 3*'s.
Being ceoliac, it was difficult to find good GF Cakes. And, now it looks like still difficult to find Gluten Free Cakes.

Amazing experience with this company
Amazing experience with this company. I was served by the lovely Penny in Selfridges at The Bullring. She went above and beyond to find me a suitable cake that I needed urgently the next day. Nothing was too much trouble for her and Penny herself was a delight. I will absolutely return the next time I need a cake, which by the way are delicious!

The cakes are very good, well made and presented. The customer service at the Lola’s counter in Selfridges Birmingham wasn’t particularly friendly.

Pure Bliss with Every Bite,Lola’s never disappoints
I ordered a Red Velvet cake from Lola’s Cupcakes for delivery and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and the cake arrived right on time, beautifully presented and in perfect condition.
The cake itself was absolutely delicious. The sponge was incredibly soft, rich, and moist, and the cream cheese frosting was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet. The flavour was spot on and enjoyed by everyone.Just to note I have been ordering from Lola’s for a good number of years now and the experience has always been great.

Excellent birthday cake
Fantastic birthday cake, beautifully made and tasted as good as it looked. Have tried many providers in Birmingham in recent years and this was the best so far. A bit on the expensive side (esp with delivery), but worth the extra for a special occasion when you want to avoid any disappointment.
