I buy few mini ones every week after work for my daughter. We both love them, always fresh and creamy

I ordered the dinosaur cake for my dino-obsessed son's 4th birthday - it was brilliant! So delicious, very generously sized, he was thrilled! It was ready to collect in the morning of the day I had specified and I got an email telling me it was ready. Very easy collection and lovely people. Will definitely order again for birthdays!

I'm not going to give 5 stars because it was missing a bit of filling but lola always does nice cakes and great flavor.

I purchased a box of brownies, it was my birthday I wanted to gift the brownies to my management in SWR, the red velvet brownies were like stones I felt very embarrassed in front of the managers to gift them a stale brownies.

I came in to redeem my free birthday cake as a founding member, a long-standing benefit that predates the new policy change. Instead of being greeted with a smile on my birthday, I was met with confusion and resistance. Staff tried to turn me away, claiming the offer was now just a free cupcake—clearly unaware of their own membership tiers and terms. I literally had to explain their policy to them. Embarrassing.

Before I mentioned the birthday cake, the staff were all smiles. The moment I mentioned the word “redeem,” their faces dropped like I’d asked for their monthly salary. First of all, it’s not your dad’s shop—there’s no need to be so flustered over honoring a longstanding promotion. It’s a cake, not a diamond.

If a brand wants to keep loyal customers, the bare minimum is knowing your own policies and treating people with respect. Lola’s, do better. This kind of treatment leaves a sour taste—definitely not the birthday experience anyone deserves.

Everything made it great. Everyone loves it.

Sadly cake I received collapsed and didn’t have enough time to replace it.

The cake was nice and moist. I ordered it about a week in advance (from abroad), and it was ready for pick-up on the day I requested.
