Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. Fab Mermaid cake!
It was for my daughter, she loved the cake.
Cake was of good quality and icing was not completely throw away.
Maybe 1 suggestion would be reduce the cardboard base size, making it easy to transport.
But daughter was slightly disappointed that only tail end of the mermaid was placed on cake.

Birthday Surprise
Everytime we visit London we always have to have a Naked Victoria Sponge Cake on Order. Absolutley Gorgeous. On this occassion i had my wifes Birthday Cake booked to pick up from Waterloo but our Train was delayed by 3 hours so i had to ring and let them know. Absolutely no probs, superb customer service (rang whilst on train) and picked up 1st thing following morning. Super Fresh ! Super Tasty ! 5***** Thanks Again Lolas.

Easy ordering service
Easy ordering service, great that I was able to change 2 days before pick up. Fabulous customer service at the pick up space. Last of all but not least the cakes were delicious, my team loved that we were given a little booklet of all the options it was a real talking point. I will definitely will be ordering again. For those that manage team events they are a great cake option.

Perfect small birthday cake
The berry cake we ordered a week in advance online was great and exactly what we wanted/hoped. Picking it up from Waterloo station was easy. Good communication too.

Santa workshop cupcake order
Website easy to navigate with a great selection of products. I ordered the santa workshop small selection box for pick up at waterloo station. I received a reminder once the order was ready to collect which was extremely useful. The cupcakes were packaged well and were delicious 😋

The cake that was given as a birthday treat was terrible. It was hard and stale.

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback.
I am so sorry you found your cake hard and stale and that you were disappointed on this occasion.
We do recommend our cakes are at their best for two days from purchase/collection and that they should be refrigerated when not being served.
It is also recommended that the cake is taken out of the fridge into the room temperature for at least 3 hours before serving so it can come back to the right temperature and softness.

Taste not up to scratch
Cupcakes looked amazing but the taste didn’t quite match, sadly. They were a bit dry and the icing was way too sweet. The personalised printing was great though. I wouldn’t order again.

I'm so sorry to hear that you found our cupcakes to be dry and too sweet.
Depending on how the cupcakes were stored, this can sometimes effect the taste and texture.
Our photo cupcakes do feature buttercream icing which is the sweetest of out options and can be too sweet for some.

I bought six boxes of brownies and cupcakes for a birthday party. Everyone loved them, they looked amazing and delicious. Ordering online was easy and I like that I could pick what I want. Picking up was very smooth and everything was well packaged.
