Lola's - Lola's Waterloo Avis 

I ordered a party cake (with the cupcakes on top) for my son's birthday. The delivery was perfect and on time, And the cake was as delicious as it looked amazing. As it was quite big, I had lots of leftovers and the guests enjoyed it so much that they all left with a slice of it!

Gorgeous cake and looked stunning. Prompt delivery by friendly driver. I've had 3 cakes from Lolas and all have been great.

The birthday cake almost met the expectations. For the kid’s birthday cake I would expect less cream. However some kids enjoyed the cake.
The reason why I’m giving three stars is because of having poor experience with getting in touch with the customer service via email. My emails never reached customer service and returned back as undeliverable. Furthermore, I know this is a detail but the carrier paper brown cheap bags they use to put the boxes inside rip off easily. On the collection day, my bag handle broke. The box inside the bag was heavy for that bag and I ended up carrying the box. On top of that it was raining so other bag I had ( I bought extra cupcakes), soaked in the rain and ripped from the side.
In past, they were giving proper logo bags for cakes.
In addition, Lola offers loyalty collecting points scheme I only found out at home when reading a leaflet I found sitting on the selling desk of the shop. I wish Lola could improve the selling experience for the price changed and to keep customers as this is a big put off.

Order online and picked up my order from Waterloo station. Great service and delicious vegan cupcakes and Victoria sponge cake!

Had the Red Velvet cake delivered here for a birthday, picked it up when we got into London from the north.
It was one of the best looking and tasting cakes we've ever had.
Definitely recommend this to anyone who loves cakes!!

I was worried about the cake being destroyed as people left the station, but Susie at Waterloo took extra care in making sure my daughters cake was packed securely. So thank you Susie.

I purchased a lemon drizzle cake for my boyfriend’s birthday. The cake was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. It was so moist and not too sweet and it still tasted as fresh and moist three days later as the first day that I collected it and it received so many compliments. The staff were really friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely purchase my cakes from here again! The value for money is exceptional!!

I ordered a beautiful cake for my husband’s Birthday.
Cake was ready which I collected 2 days after ordering.
We all loved it was gone within few hrs.

So impressed with the large cake - collection was easy and I only needed to order a day before. Cake was delicious - sweet but not overly sweet and the sponge was light and soft. Couldn’t fault anything about the cake or the buying experience

Loved the Posh Cake.. I had ordered Lolas cupcakes as return gift for my daughter's birthday party. And it was the best idea ever.. the kids loved the cupcakes and the adults indulged in the Posh Cake that I had ordered for cake cutting. In no time the cake was over.
