Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

Best in city
The cupcakes from lola are built different! With my fam, we tried many cupcakes in different coffee shops etc, but the taste of them doesn’t come even close to here. Reccomend it.

Dry & Overpriced
The delivery was a nightmare, that I had to pay an extra £16.99. I had a conference with global delegates and received an email that the delivery was completed. I went to the reception and delivery bays and nothing there. Several phone calls and emails to no avail. Hour and a half later I got a call that my cake is there. Went to reception to fetch it and the delivery person left it with the security guard. An hour later we opened the cake and I must say that the cake on the inside was dry. Not worth the over £70 I spend at all!

I can assure you that this has since been logged with our transport manager so they can review what went wrong and help prevent this in future.
I’m really sorry to hear that the cake was dry. For the best texture and flavour, we do recommend allowing our cakes to sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving, as this helps them soften and reach their intended consistency.

I had a delivery of mini muffins which…
I had a delivery of mini muffins which were delicious. However, you do not sell Gluten Free mini muffins so I purchased two full sized cup cakes from your store at the Westminster jubilee train exit. Unfortunately these were dry and stale.

Amazing wedding cake
We ordered our wedding cake from Lola’s. It was super tasty and all our guests enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

Hen Party
I didnt buy these, Tniel brought the fruit mix cupcakes to a Hen Party. OMG, this was the nicest cupcake I have ever tasted. I had the Raspberry cupcake with raspberry cream, it was lush. Next time im passing Romford, I will be popping in and collecting a box to bring home for sure. Absolutely Lush.,

We do make all of our cakes in batches and we do not seem to have any similar complaints regarding the taste or the decoration from this batch.
