Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

Great cake
Great cake. Only thing I wish the packaging was a little smaller so the cake and box can be placed in the fridge. My LO, myself and family enjoyed the lemon cake. Thank you 😊

The Taste & Quality
Of course, it's the taste and quality you have maintained so far, along with the packaging and staff behavior at some of your outlets, that are the best. My whole family and I always prefer Lola's cake. The only downside is that you don't have any branches in the South London area, especially in Balham, Tooting, or Wimbledon. It would be more convenient for us if you did. Many thanks for your business.

Wonky?
Lovely cake but for some reason it was wonky. This normally happens after it’s been left out the fridge, however on this occasion it’s how I received it. Otherwise 5 stars
