Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London! Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today. We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem! Very accomodating

They were very accommodating with how I made the wrong pick up date, managed to sort it out for me. Cupcakes were delicious and I’m happy. Would definitely do it all again

Westminster Tube station kiosk

I had two different flavours, banoffee and the one with Oreo-like crumbles on top (can’t remember the actual name). The cupcakes not only looked delicious (despite it being 5pm), they were still very fresh and (very importantly) had non-artificial taste.
I particularly liked that each flavour had a distinct taste, not overpowered by sugar content.
Will go back again.

Cake not delivered.

Although I received the email saying that my order was ready to be collected when I got there I was communicated my order never arrived. Very disappointing experience.

I am very sorry to hear that your order collection did not go as expected.

This is not up to our usual standards and I do understand your disappointment.

I have checked our system and I can see my colleague issued a full refund for your order and complimentary cupcakes were also arranged by our colleagues at Westminster store, as a gesture of apology.

Please be assured this incident has been logged and passed on to the relevant teams for further investigation.

Tasty mini cupcakes and love that I…

Tasty mini cupcakes and love that I could pick up from the station which made it very convenient to take to collect on my way to work.
Only issue was by the time I got to work (a 5minute walk) all the cakes had flipped over in the box, I would have hoped that such pricey cakes would be better contained so you could actually enjoy the designs...probably worsened by the fact the store had no normal size bags (even though I collected in the morning) and so bagged them in an x-large one

The cake was perfect

The cake was perfect - delicious and chocolately ,just what I asked for. The writing fitted just right on the top of the cake and made the occasion extra special.

The delivery was on the appointed day , ready for a collection!
