Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Good experience
Easy to order, delivery was on time & the driver even said happy birthday to recipient of the cake as it was a gift which was a cute gesture. They were one of the few companies that deliver on a Sunday too which I was struggling to find. 👍🏽

Celebrando los 18 en London
Excelente producto en cuanto a calidad, presentación y por lo que me trasladan sabor, textura, tamaño... Un éxito!! Cabe destacar que la inscripción sobre la misma solicité fuera en español y se cumplió a rajatabla.
El único pero es que la noche anterior intenté anular el envío y recogerlo en tienda pero no obtuve respuesta. La mañana de la entrega fui informado desde muy temprano de que el producto estaba en curso y sería entregado en el horario establecido, sin aludir a mi email de la noche anterior de manera que tuve que asegurarme que en el horario de entrega hubiera alguien en la casa. Mal menor, seguiría recomendando comprar aquí sin ninguna duda.

Very good cake however the place was…
Very good cake however the place was about to close when I went to collect it, 2 hours ahead of closing time because "we've ran out of cupcakes so there is no point being open". Came just on time and the lady said she was gonna call me. That did leave me wondering...what would have happened if I'd gone 5 minutes later? Was I close to showing up to my gf's birthday without her cake??
Again, great tasting cake but i'll take precautions when ordering again

at the time of pick up, I was informed that the cake could not be delivered as stuck in the fridge.
long story short- after spending 1 hr on the phone with customer service, a different cake was managed to be found from a different store and delivered.

Tasty cupcakes but fell apart in transit
Very tasty mini cupcakes. However, I kept them upright the whole time, but they didn’t stay in the slots in their box and so fell over and got a bit mashed up. Not so great presentation for a colleague’s birthday! Also, it would be good if they provided boxes of 6 or 9. 12 is too many for those with small office teams, and there often ends up being wastage. But you can see why they wouldn’t want to introduce that!…

In regards to our box sizes, we do offer smaller boxes for in store purchases, we offer boxes of 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 for our tiny cupcakes.

Firstly, the young lady Nicki, who i placed the order with, was very helpful and friendly. The cupcakes are very tasty, moist and very pretty. The delivery wad on point, all 32 cupcakes was delivered without any damaged.👍
