This has been a terrible experience from the minute I placed the order. First red flag was the tracking number provided was incorrect. I reached out regarding the issue as I’d placed my order and was being notified it was in the way but I was unable to track it. I did get a response 2 days later via WhatsApp and was able to track my package. 2nd issue was the 4-7 week day arrival policy is not enforced. When I began tracking the package I noticed it was sitting at the shipping place for 4 days and had gone past the expected arrival day that the company’s agent gave me. I reached out once again, no response from company. I then reached out to FedEx and was told I can’t do anything as a customer and the sender/vendor needs to contact FedEx to address the situation. I was also told FedEx uses weather delay as a blanket statement for issues with packages that are just sitting at the facility and there in fact was no weather delay. I reached out to the company again. This time I emailed, sent Instagram message, and sent WhatsApp. I finally got a reply 3 days later in which the agent clearly did not read a word I said and just told me to reach out to FedEx and don’t worry the package will eventually come. This whole experience just screams scam. I called my bank got my money and ordered from Eayonhair since I had ordered hair from them the same day as my Lolly hair order and it came within like 4 business days so I knew there was an issue with my order with Lolly, not to mention the hair from the other company was great quality. I had made several appointments and had to continue rescheduling paying cancellation fees due to order not coming yet being told it was on the way, the company says they respond in 2 hrs typically what a lie more like 2-3 days. This has just been awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Perfect fit, love the length the colour, and the quality just amazing, couldn’t ask for anything better. Delivery was right on time.

Hair is absolutely beautiful, so soft, and true to length! They are very customer service friendly as well. And the hair even comes earlier than the set date most times!
I've been using lolly hair since I was 16 and I'm 19 now, the quality in hair has never strayed away from amazing!
The hair is easy to take care of and maintain, even after washing multiple times, doesnt shed either! I'm not one someone who leaves reviews commonly but they deserve it!

I received my order in a little over a week. But the wig overall was easy to bleach & install. It was perfect for my birthday

I ordered from TikTok and the hair was nothing like advertised. When I said it wasn’t good quality they proceeded to tell me I had to give them a 5 star review for them to agree to a refund. When I pointed out it was unethical they continued to harass me for a 5 star review despite being asked multiple times to stop contacting me.

I love the hair. I didnt have to much to it hairline was preplucked. Soft and manageable. The adjustable strap is a bonus. I got a lot of compliments on my hair Lace blended easily. I will be ordering again. Shipping takes a little longer with colored hair. But well worth it.
