Let me just start from the beginning the moment I spoke to customer service they communicated effectively with me guaranteed I will get the Hair on time and for sure that we got their hair on time within three days. I installed this hair and it was very good. The quality was very great straight and very nice minimal shedding. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Update- I am not upset and please utilize the usps tracking number to track the return of your package as it was sent back as a rejected package.
I am just disappointed in the fact that this company asked me to take down my review before they would provide me with their address.
That is unprofessional.
I ordered hair for a photo shoots and birthday party the hair was to arrive withing 1-5 days. The hair was delayed and delivered elsewhere.
I had to track the package down and it was found in a packaging storage area and not my address.
This company has been horrible about taking their package back.
They kept apologizing but would not provide a shipping label asked that I pay for the shipping but only if I took the review down.
I took the package to USPS and it was marked rejected and returned to vendor.
Please do not buy hair from this company and please see email comments from vendor below-On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, Ishow Hair Info@ISHOW wrote:
