I loved very very good quality

First off I placed my order. Got the email that order was received. At the time I placed the order it said 24-48 to process and ship then 5-8 days for delivery, at the lastest that is 10 days to receive my order. It has now been 17 days and still have not received my order. No idea about the quality yet not sure I ever will at this point. UPDATE: finally received my watch bands they look pretty decent, however one of the three I ordered broke the third time I wore it. I complained to the company about the band and they assured me they would send a replacement part. So probably a month from now I will receive that and hope it holds together.

Have been waiting for a month for delivery. Took 3 weeks to dispatch.

I didn't like the strap, so I emailed for return instructions and was told to ship it to an address in Hong Kong, not California, where it came from, at my expense.

Followed up a few weeks later, and despite multiple attempts, they refused to acknowledge receipt and provide a refund.

I am out of pocket $75 for a strap that I could have gotten from Amazon with free shipping and returns for $35. Buyer beware, this is a rip-off.

I received these products in great condition and I'm very pleased with the experience overall. The status of my order and tracking were outstanding. I hope to do business again in the future.

The product is stuck in transit and I ordered it 8 days ago. Please refund purchase.

Your website is confusing. You need to put your casings for around the watch and the wristband so people understand they were not going to get the casing for the watch. Just the wristband only I did not know that. I thought I was getting the whole set up if I knew that I would never have bought it.

Do not buy. Quality you get is cheap stuff made in China, packed in a plastic bag. Mine broke when attaching to the watch. Scam.

The wrong item was order, so a return address was requested by email, because there is no other way to do that as they website don't allow that.
Given that this item was purchased in the UK, i was expecting the return address to be a UK one, but no its an HONG KONG, return address, i did complaint to the seller, this was outrageous, so he offered first 30% refund and i could purchase the right thing, but i refused, than they offered 50%, i still refuse because the item i bought is of no use to me. So the purpose of this review is to make everyone aware of this scam...I have the emails correspondence as proof.
