Terrible customer service and poor quality product.

I purchased my Shield Protect Case Band for Apple Watch Ultra in January 2026.

After having the band and case for three months the internal case starting to show signs of corrosion inside and the seal is separating from the case and is visible on the apple watch face.

I contacted Utimal about returning the band for a replacement or refund and was told that they do not do refunds and the best they could do was a 35% discount on the purchase of a new band.

The customer service is terrible and if there is an issue with your product they refuse to refund or replace. I would not recommended Utimal based on my experience.

Got a watch strap that's to big, have tried to contact through, Facebook, email, instagram, yet not a single response.

Absolute joke, should avoid at all costs

Total Scam. After a long delay the package came without the band inside. We contacted them and noone botherted to respond. We cancelled the order and got our money back.

Po nieco ponad miesiącu normalnego użytkowania (zgłoszenie wysłałem 16 listopada) obudowa po prostu się rozpadła — pękł plastik, a koronka odpadła sama z siebie. Zero uderzeń, zero zarysowań, zero śladów jakiegokolwiek uszkodzenia.

Mimo wysłania zdjęć i dokładnego wyjaśnienia, firma odmówiła reklamacji, próbując wmówić mi, że “w coś uderzyłem”, chociaż metalowy element jest nienaruszony, a uszkodzony jest wyłącznie plastik. To klasyczna wada materiałowa.

Co gorsza — w pewnym momencie przestali w ogóle odpowiadać na moje wiadomości.

To był mój pierwszy zakup i na pewno ostatni.
Produkt wytrzymał miesiąc. Jakość słaba, obsługa klienta fatalna. Nie polecam absolutnie nikomu.

I purchased the Apple Watch case on October 2nd.
After just a little over one month of normal use (I reported the issue on November 16th), the case literally fell apart — the internal plastic cracked and the crown came off by itself. No scratches, no dents, no impact marks at all.

Even after providing clear photos and explanations, the company refused my warranty claim, insisting it was “impact damage”, even though the metal pin is perfectly intact and only the plastic part failed. This is a clear manufacturing defect.

What’s worse, they eventually stopped replying to my emails altogether.

This was my first order — and definitely the last.
The product lasted one month. Poor quality and unacceptable customer service. Strongly not recommended.

I feel completely ripped off. After weeks of delayed and unhelpful responses to my request for assistance, I’ve now been told that I have to pay the shipping costs to return the product from Spain to China. The return shipping costs more than the product itself—which is outrageous, especially considering the poor quality and cheap plastic material. This is unacceptable. You’ve definitely lost a customer.

Despite Ultimal saying my package was delivered despite it never being delivered to my address- I have contacted ultimal 7 times in a week and had zero responses from them.

Take your cash but when you have a problem they will not respond to your complaint.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
Do not purchase from them because if there’s an issue with anything they will not engage with you in any way.

Still waiting for my 3 bands. 14 days and still nothing!!

I've purchased a watch band on Feb 1st, and USPS is showing it is in Hialeah since Feb 5th.
Almost 2 weeks!!!! Be aware of this company, I will never buy from them again and I'm advising all my friends and family, also posting everywhere I can.

Absolutely love this band for galaxy watch ultra! It is the best band available in my opinion. Instead of ending up with dozen of cheap bands, I found the best ones early. So my search is over. The stainless steel is an exact match for the silver titanium galaxy watch ultra. Other companies make a similar band, but they look and feel cheap. They are also too small and don't look like they belong to this watch. I've gotten a bunch of compliments and questions about my watch with thus band on. I'm telling you, it looks so dope and not by smartwatch standards but just watches period. The most comfortable band as well, that first joint after the connector swivels. So it contours to your wrist. I wear it to sleep. This will be the only bands I need, highly recommend them!

I got this about a week ago and it’s a really nice watch band for the price. It’s thick but it looks great and I love the way it wears.

Very comfortable straps for Samsung Ultra very robust but lightweight. Very kind and helpful people.

The watchband I received was too big, at first it was a bit hard to get in to contact. But when the contact was established it was handled amazingly.

First order took several weeks and when the shipping company said it was delivered, nothing was actually received. I reached out and they were very understanding and resent the item and received it quickly. Eventually the other item came in an opened and broken package a week after the replacement. Assuming the issue was fully on the delivery company.

Very good quality and seller is honest and reliable. I got my purchase stolen from someone during the delivery and he immediately sent me out a new shipment.

I bought an iPhone case, an Apple Watch nylon strap and a fitness waist bag. All are great and well made stuff. I made a mistake on my order of the iPhone case, they send an immediate replacement after I informed them. Very quick response.

It’s a good band in general, stylish, well built, it’s a quality band.
Unfortunately it has been made for big wrist only.
Thin wrist as mine can’t use it as it is.
the band that goes under eu the witch is too long when used at the last hole, the strap hide the sensors underneath the watch, and the watch can’t be connected anymore.

We need to cut the band with scissors so that it work properly, but then it’s not so stylish anymore :)
