How can they just carry on ripping people off and NOTHING is done , I don't understand
They did not pay the correct postage so the balance had to be made up by me. When the parcel arrived it contained different air coolers to the ones that I had paid for. By the look of their reviews sending them back will be a waste of time so I'll work through my bank. There needs to be government monitoring of online companies.

Try looking for this website outside snapchat. It doesn't exist. Hope ppl are smart enough to investigate before getting scammed

Took my money and they send you a tracker. When you check tracker it's says they have received information about shipment. Never actually posted anything.
These people should be stopped from selling , there quality is diabolical , there’s no return policy I managed to get a 40%discount on my item then took it straight to a charity shop !!!
Ordered from these guys 2/3 weeks ago. Still nothing came. The tracking information is froze as it only says “received shipment”

Fake website. It’s a complete scam. Some of the wording on the website also give it away such as ‘Buy with confidence, the website has customer insurance’ on every product page.
