In Short, Terrible.
Poor quality fleece from China. Nothing to do with London. No Quibble money back guarantee is a joke. The day it arrived I emails told them of the shoddy poor quality garment and requested a refund in full and where to send the garment back to. Told me they only have one returns distribution centre in Thailand and the postage would be Circa £15.00. I demanded they returned my funds in full and the cost of the postage they declined but did offer £15.00 credit for another garment and I can keep the item. Again I refused. Despite numerous attempts using the Consumer Goods act. They still refused to pay me back in full. I wrote them one last email to tell them I had started my refund from my credit card and they would get it back on my behalf. Happy ending when I got my £35.00 back in full. Beware of this and many similiar outfits like these. Chinese poor quality Tat.

Ordered what was described as a wool fairisle jumper. Took ages to arrive and when it did it was a very poor quality sweatshirt. Returning it was a nightmare. It has to go back to China so I had to settle for a 10% refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT SELLS RUBBISH.

Facebook - I have wrote some reviews on here about how I successfully claimed a refund from my bank through Visa - not a credit card my debit card.

I then made it my mission to alert people about this company on Facebook - who are complicit in this companies success of scamming people. On every advert I saw from them I wrote “CHECK TRUSTPILOT” after 20 years on FB I have been permanently banned, I’ve lost all my photos and memories of my late husband.
This shows the bots and the platform are supporting these crooks

Absolutely disappointed with the item when it arrived, it was a present for my wife for Christmas. I apologised to her and without it being worn it will be going straight to a charity shop. Very poor quality nothing like the image shown this is a con as these items are not cheap. Original price £70.00 I wouldn't have been interested at £7.00. I won't be bothering to send the item back as from previous reviews it seems like a trial. Avoid this website at all costs.

It took a long time to arrive when I tried on coat that I ordered allowed extra size for extra room for jacket under neath. The sizes are so ridiculously small extra large mens size just fitting my wife who is a medium womens size really pissed off with them would not recommend them to anyone

Advised for return it needs to go to China which would be about £30, advised they’d give 15% discount and I could keep and gift the product to a family member, which I wouldn’t do for the embarrassment as it’s terrible quality. Do not order from this company. Cheap Chinese crap - shipped over on a slow boat. Dress ordered was NOTHING like the pics as advertised. Trading Standards should really get involved. Gutted I didn't read reviews first ! You live and learn.

Clothing received eventually, terrible quality and not even good enough for use as dusters, cost over £100. and nearly £30 to return and they won’t even refund me.

Ok. Like everyone else reviewing, I was scammed! My fault. I should have checked reviews. But I think the bigger worry or even crime is Facebook allowing this to remain on their platform for so long. Shame on you Facebook

Should be done under the Trades Description Act, they are NOT in London or even UK and they are NOT finest of anything except scamming people. Same as all the others who have been conned by these deceitful people, long delivery time, shoddy goods, discount offers, no returns address given, no phone number, I cannot understand how Facebook can keep on accepting their ads. I paid by PayPal and I got a full refund, once PP saw the Trustpilot reviews.

I am disgusted with this company brought a pair of black sandals which were so comfortable and helped my collapsed arch only had the for 2 months and they have spilt in half. Item sent wrong size I asked for a two X-Large I couldn’t get my arm in sleeve material is cheapest you can find also asked where dispatched from don’t know they said absolutely rubbish Now received a message from the company saying to return the item for replacement they want to charge me half the delivery absolutely rubbish

Yet another drop-shipping "company" selling cheap Chinese goods - masquerading as a London based store. They create a professional looking website and use London in the name. Look carefully no London phone number or shop address. They just take your orders and arrange shipment of cheap stuff from China. Avoid.
