Top of their game!! 5 stars every time
We have used London Stone on numerous occasions, from the salespeople at the showroom to the online ordering, to the delivery people, they are all excellent at their job, they are knowledgeable, informative, very helpful, and the communication from all the different departments is fluid and precise. I recommend London Stone every time, and we would not use anywhere else. It's 5 stars all the way from Boiler and Heating Care Ltd and Built with Care Ltd..

Disappointing delivery experience
Disappointing delivery experience
We were expecting our London Stone delivery today. The driver arrived and we agreed where the tiles could be offloaded. However, we were later told that he was unable to get the tiles off the vehicle. He left, telling our builder that he would come back, but unfortunately never returned.
The driver had my contact number and had spoken to me earlier, but did not call to explain the problem or let me know that the delivery would not be completed.
We had contractors scheduled around this delivery, so the failed delivery has caused significant inconvenience and has also affected us financially. At present, we still don't know when the tiles will actually be delivered.
Very disappointing experience so far. I will update this review as the situation progresses and depending on how London Stone resolves the issue.

From speaking to the 3rd party hauler this morning, they have informed us that the delivery of your order has now taken place and it arrived Thursday afternoon.
We’re pleased to hear that you have now received your materials and are able to commence your project. We have investigated the delay and identified an issue with our third-party carrier, which unfortunately affected the delivery of your order.
We fully appreciate how frustrating this delay must have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. this will be discussed further internally and I will make contact with you early this coming week.
